Welcome to Villa Beaurivage, an elegant villa of 170 m² completely renovated, ideally located facing the sea in a private and secure domain, only 50 meters from the beach. Designed for unforgettable stays with family or friends, it combines comfort, elegance and an exceptional location in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. As soon as you enter, the view of the sea, the garden and the swimming pool creates a unique holiday atmosphere.

Entirely on one level, air-conditioned and bathed in light, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people. It has 5 comfortable bedrooms (queen size beds 160x200), including a master suite with bath and shower, a bedroom with private bathroom and a third independent shower room serving the other bedrooms, and 2 toilets. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, a wardrobe or dressing room, shutters and reversible air conditioning. A travel cot and a high chair are also available.

The large living room, open to the garden, the pool and the sea, invites you to conviviality with its large sofas, armchairs and connected TV. The fully equipped open kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer.

The dining room, extended by a large terrace with sea view, allows you to share beautiful moments around a large table. Outside, a lounge area with large sofas invites you to relax, while a dining area under a pergola, equipped with an electric plancha, will allow you to fully enjoy the long summer evenings.

The enclosed and wooded garden hosts a superb private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, secured by a roller shutter, heatable on request (with supplement) and illuminated in the evening. Sunbeds, parasols and shaded areas complete this privileged setting facing the sea.

The villa also has a laundry room (washer-dryer, iron and ironing board), a safe and a private and secure outdoor parking that can accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles. The garden and swimming pool are maintained weekly by qualified staff.

To easily reach Saint-Tropez, maritime shuttles ("green boats") are available in season, with regular crossings day and night.
