Villa La Croisette
Completely renovated villa, air conditioning and fiber internet, heated swimming pool, superb view of the Gulf of St-Tropez and landscaped garden and 2 charging stations for electric vehicles.
This luxury villa, completely renovated in 2019, has all the assets for a wonderful holiday with family or friends.
The air-conditioned interior of 280 m² consists of five double bedrooms (2 on the first floor and 3 upstairs and each with an en-suite bathroom), a kitchen open to the dining room, a laundry room, a TV lounge (by satellite), fiber internet and a large living room with an insert fireplace.
The large bay windows in the living room open onto a covered terrace, with garden furniture, table and chairs for dining.
Around the swimming pool, 3.5m x 11m, a wooden terrace with sunbathing, parasols, the pool is secured by a protective electric roller shutter. The pool builder will come once a week.
A petanque court is located in the landscaped garden below. Petanque balls are at your disposal.
A barbecue/plancha is also present near the terrace.
The villa is south facing and enjoys a magnificent view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. This fully fenced property is located in a luxury domain secured by a gate and a code.
A small beach is 200m away and the large beach of the Croisette and its two restaurants are a 7-minute walk away.
The location of the property also offers many activities in the immediate vicinity: the tennis club (5 mins walk), the sailing club (10 mins walk), the Beauvallon golf club (five minutes by car) and the charming town of Sainte Maxime is less than 2 km away.

A rental contract will be sent to you after confirmation of the booking, you will be asked to return it signed as well as a copy of the identity documents of all adults.
Check-in times in July/August are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., schedules are more flexible the rest of the year, but no check-in after 8 p.m.
I will welcome you in person on the day of your arrival. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out when you receive the keys. Any anomaly or malfunction must be reported within 24 hours of your installation or during the day if it occurs during your stay, so that I can intervene as soon as possible.
When you leave, the villa must be returned with dishes done and put away and bins thrown in the containers. Departure can be from 7 am to 10 am in July/August and from
