Updated Scottsdale home on large lot in quiet neighborhood. Prime location! 100 restaurants within a 2 mile radius incl Kierland, Scottsdale Qtr, Westin, Frys&Safeway grocery..... Granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, darts, ping pong, pool table, horseshoes, swimming pool, trampoline.. Home is older but functional and fun and ideal for families or couples with pets. Kit. is stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, etc. No add. fees if you clean up. No large groups or loud party’s. No locals.

We came up to Phoenix from Tucson for a work-related event and wanted our adult children to come but were unsure of their work schedules so we wanted a place that could accommodate them +1 if possible and which would provide enough space for people to move around and feel like they had some private space as well. This house was perfect for that. Plenty of different areas with things to do / places to hang out, beds were huge (all kings) and comfortable with soft bedding, plenty of storage safe, and the yard was very private and quite large - perfect for pets.

We stayed at the Cactus Glen for the first time about a month ago. We thoroughly enjoy this property and its amenities. We especially appreciate that our dog is welcome and secure on the property.

Love the one-story layout and ceramic and hardwood floors. Spacious kitchen plus breakfast nook and great room. TV's everywhere including outdoors. Great pool and yard. Like that the pool is fenced as I have dogs. Location is ideal wot all of North Scottsdale, Kierland, Scottsdale quarters, shopping and great restraurants.
