Property was in a great location with nice amenities. While I loved the property itself and price, the check in process took longer than expected. There weren’t very many check in instructions so I had to wait for the property owner to contact Ocean Lakes to confirm my vehicle which we could have done before arriving. Had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby before I could essentially check in after 4pm. Disposal didn’t work during our stay. Fridge took awhile to get our groceries cold. Master bedroom mattress slanted down towards bottom of our feet. Overall unit was very clean except the floors. If we walked barefoot it turned our feet black so we wore shoes inside the unit. Overall I liked the unit and amenities, it was close to the beach and about 2 minute golf cart ride to it. Property was about 4 min. Golf cart ride to the outdoor pool/rec/game center which we liked because it wasn’t as congested on our street with tons of people going past it. Liked having the cornhole boards, outdoor shower and beach accessories for my family. Everything was very comfortable inside the unit but only wish there were clearer instructions on check in and check out process. It was very basic and could have been little more detailed.

The place was very clean and organized which I loved. Kitchen was stocked and loved the fact they had cleaning supplies for me to use. Enjoyed all the outside furniture and surround sound. We visit OL about 4 weeks out of the summer and this place was one of my favorites!

Nicest Ocean Lakes property we have experienced. House was very clean, amenities were great, and location was close to all the activities. Would definitely stay again.
