The house is equipped with washer and dryer and TVs in each room with WIFI and cable. We have a outdoor grill, outside shower, picnic table and swing. Complimentary golf cart access to drive to any of the amenities in Ocean Lakes like the pools, waterpark, arcade, store, restaurants and more! But no need to cart to the beach! The home is just 5 houses away from the sand. You are 60 seconds from dipping in the ocean! Plus we have all your beach gear. Enjoy access to a shed full of beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, paddle boards, surfboards, kayaks, fishing equipment, etc. Head back to the house and watch the ocean from one of the many decks on the house, while lounging in a chair or cool down the with air conditioning inside. Hungry? Fire up the grill or use the full kitchen to cook a meal.

Had an amazing time...perfect size for our family, so close to the beach we were able to walk, owner was amazing with communication...would love to rent over the summer as it has a great location for us, quiet street and close to the beach and golf cart included with plenty of beach chairs and beach toys and a nice grill

Enjoyed staying at Summer Love for our family vacation. House was very clean and pet friendly (which are hard to find near the beach). Owner and his sister were very helpful and easy to reach. Not sure why, but there were flies throughout the house. Will definitely stay there again.

Rental was close to the beach. Could see ocean from front porch and top deck. Golf cart was fun to use. Plenty of beach accessories. Would stay again.

This place had its pros and cons. LOVED the location. Easily walk to the beach which was convenient for bathroom breaks. Loved sitting on the covered deck and watching and listening to the waves. Disappointed with the house. VERY uncomfortable mattresses. I ended up sleeping in the recliner. and the smell of mold mildew was irritating.
