This early 1900's apartment is walking distance from Saint Louis Science center & southeast forest park!. BJC hospital is across the street. Just a short 9 minutes drive to get to downtown St.Louis. It has a dedicated private parking as well as ample street parking.

PET FEES: If you are bringing a pet, we will be adding $25 per night pet rent.
Once you send a booking request, we will be sending you a request for additional pet rent before your arrival. (this can also be paid at check-in)

1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. 5. At check-in, we require the booker to be present with the Govt Issued ID and CC for incidentals (Airbnb Guest's CC not required) 6. This awesome little apartment was clean as a whistle and cozy and convenient as could be. We met up with family for a day at the Zoo and sightseeing. This VRBO was super centric to everywhere we went. Our small dog loved the enclosed back yard and seemed at ease in the neighborhood. The hot water and great shower pressure were terrific after a long day of walking/traveling. The bed was super comfy. The Keurig was a lifesaver! We brought our yoga mats and enjoyed the living room sunlight in the morning. The owner was friendly and responsive.
We will definitely staying here again and recommending this location to friends and family.

Good parking, good location, quiet neighborhood. Neighborhood seemed kind of sketchy upon getting there but nothing bad happened. Really good water pressure. Only major complaint is the doors are not framed well at all, half inch gap on all sides of front and back door. Bad draft at times and probably a safety concern.
