NO Smoking Indoors - you have access to a private deck as well as a front porch. Please dispose of butts responsibly.
Noise - Please keep noise levels down to prevent from disturbing neighbors or guests in the other unit. Help keep this home available for your next trip back!
Pets - Pets are welcome in our home, but please clean up after them and notify us if there are any accidental issues. We have a One-Time, $89 pet fee per pet.
Feel free to use any linens, towels, or supplies we have provided. Refer to the “Supply Location” page for the whereabouts of these items

Please take any trash to dumpster located directly behind the parking pad in back
Please remove any food from the refrigerator
Upon departure, please press the “YALE” button on the keypad on the front door and check to make sure the door has locked
Please place any used towels in the washing machine nook located next to the kitchen

Upstairs of duplex, be prepared for navigating steps. Street parking generally available close by when needed.
No decaf for Keurig, wish we had packed some.
Clean and bright comfortable spaces with high ceilings
Plenty of linens and kitchen supplied for eat-in meals.
Windows drafty as expected for age of home.

Lots of eateries in walking distance. Privacy doors for all bedrooms:
One twin bedroom, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 double beds. Comfortable mattress, ample closet spaces. Share fenced backyard with downstairs unit.
Appliances all in working order: washer/dryer, hairdryer, etc.
Roku TV, You tube TV, able to use own access on Apple, we could have used our fire stick but forgot it. Be sure to unload codes before checking out. WiFi worked well. Did not see a vacuum but didn’t specifically look either.
Carpet in double bedroom thin and had some stains. Saw baby gate and pack&play in closet. We brought a got crate along to house our little terrier traveling companion.
All in all, very satisfied for price! Thanks Bryan for being so responsive and easy directions.

This place was a very nice place to stay. It is pretty close to most attractions. I think it was only 10 minutes to the Zoo and Science Center. It is close to interstates and easy to get to and from the place. The neighborhood that it's in is a nice place with a bunch of little shops and such. I wish we had time to explore the area more. It is a clean place with updated finishes and appliances. I would definitely stay there again while in STL.

My husband, son, and I rented this property due to its proximity to Barnes. It was a very nice place to stay. We brought our 2 dogs. The fenced in back yard was convenient. Would stay again.

We have 5 children ages 2 - 14 and our dog. The house had plenty of space for all of us. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for our kids and dog. The host was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfy and everything was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and there is a little grocery store across the street. We went to the zoo, the city museum, and the arch all of these places were a short drive away. The house had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.
