About this house rental
Named after the owners' favorite Jimmy Buffet song, "Banana Republic" offers a stylish combination of tropical and mid-century décor, sleeps seven people, and is located a stroll away from both the West End pool and the beach!
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a beachy and colorful cottage exterior, as well as a spacious, furnished, welcoming front porch, featuring seating and overlooking Forest Street. The expansive open-air front porch is furnished with Adirondack seating for four perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon book. Step inside into the first-floor foyer, as this level of the home includes two queen bedrooms, which conveniently share an outdoor porch and full hall bath.
The second story offers a sought-after combined living plan. There is a full kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four. The dining room is adjacent and comfortably seats six for dinnertime. The adjacent living room has two large sofas with seating to accommodate all and a large mounted flat-screen TV. This level additionally provides a generous, relaxing open-air porch that provides additional lighted outdoor dining for six, a lounge area with sofa and club chairs, and an additional seating area for two. What a great space to sit back and enjoy the salt air and good vibes that surround you.
Guests can head up a set of stairs to the split-level second floor to find a large king primary bedroom, featuring a full, large, private bath with double vanities. Additionally, there is a half bath at the landing of this level of the home. Finally, make your way to the third level to discover a magical aspect of this incredible retreat- a glass-enclosed tower room, which opens onto an open-air deck, offering an amazing view of the town. In this room, you will find a twin bed for an additional guest. If you need a beach reset, look no further than ‘Banana Republic!’

We had a wonderful time with our three kids in Seaside. The house is perfectly appointed with nice sized rooms and great family area. Our favorite was the upstairs patio- perfect for morning coffee and lounging/reading and game playing on the outdoor table. We love the amenities and the quiet street walking distance from the beach and private beach access. We will be back!!

Banana Republic was awesome! Lots of comfy room, Patios are excellent! Fantastic close walking location to beach, restaurants, etc. & pool is right across the street. Would stay here again! Loved it.

This house is amazing and the best spot ever!!! This is our fourth house in Seaside and the best one yet, we loved it SO much! Super short walk to everywhere!!! Pool is literally in your front yard and the private beach pavilion is just a short walk past that! You literally cannot beat this location! My family and I enjoyed our stay and will be back next year! Thank you!!!
