Ideally located just six houses from the beach on Odessa Street and only two and a half blocks from the heart of downtown Seaside, this home offers the perfect setup for a relaxed and memorable family getaway. Whether you're a longtime visitor or discovering the magic of Seaside for the first time, Mama's Happy offers the quintessential 30A experience—complete with walkability to the beach, town center, and nearby communities like WaterColor and Grayton Beach.
The home’s spacious, enclosed front porch invites you to unwind after a day in the sun, with outdoor dining for four, a cozy swing, and ample storage for all your beach gear. Inside, the open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for spending time together. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with seating for four, alongside a dining table that seats six. On the first floor, you'll find a king bedroom with porch access, as well as a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the primary king bedroom includes a private bath, balcony access, and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is a versatile bunk room featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, sleeping up to four, and comes with its own private bathroom. Perfect location! Right next to pool and a quick walk to the beach and main square. The house was great — we loved the screened porch for our littles and sneaking out to the upstairs porch swing during nap time. This house was a perfect fit for our family. Homeowners Collection was also great to work with — very responsive and friendly. We did have a couple of small issues and they were on top of finding a solution quickly.

This was our 13th trip to Seaside and 4th different house rental. We wont come back to this house. It's cute and mostly clean and perfectly located, but it is in need of a good pest extermination.
