Condition of property was not great and not heard anything about the case put in to the letting agent
Good location for walks and exploring the lakes.
Property was quite dirty and filled with a lot of clutter, especially the bedroom. It required a clean when we got there generally and especially when using the kitchen utensils, crockery and worktops. Radiator in the bedroom started sparking one night but luckily we were awake to turn it off at the socket, else it would likely have started a fire. We reported it to the local team who were unable to do anything about it. After they put in a case for us, we rang the head office a number of times in the following month to find out the progress / status, but could never get through to someone and spent a few hours on hold. This was a shame and did taint our holiday to the lakes.

Great location and views but the flat is rather tired and dated.
Warm. Ample hot water. Well equipped kitchen.
Dated. Worn out and dirty looking bathroom cabinet. Cluttered bedroom. Not enough space under bed for suitcase stowage due to owner’s stuff. Outdated media stuff with no instructions cluttering the bedroom.

Leisurely few days away with nice walks and enjoyed the outdoors - our accommodation allowed us to comfortably have some
Lots of space in the kitchen/living area, was very comfortable and well equipped - we didn’t need to supply many extras! Great location - lovely views and plenty of walks straight from the property.
The bedroom was a little tight for space, quite big/clunky furniture but wasn’t a big issue.

A lovely little flat, perfect for a week away as a couple to enjoy a walking and birdwatching holiday in the Lake Distri
The apartment was a lovely base for our holiday in the Lakes, the location was great and it was a lovely place to come back to after a day out.
Honestly there wasn't much to dislike. I suppose it would have been nice to have known about the water supply beforehand, as when we got there we saw signs saying that the water tanks supplying the apartment needed work so the water was not currently drinkable, but that only meant buying bottled water to drink instead.

Our second stay at this property - and we will be back!
fabulous position in a beautiful part of the Lake District.
It’s quite small

Very good
Gorgeous views from the many patio windows of the woodland and mountain's.
Too much personal clutter and tech stuff... Large TV in lounge and bedroom, WiFi, sat TV, Dab radio etc... All very nice but multiple controls and instructions for use in each room!

We would use this accommodation again.
it’s exactly what we needed for a weekend away for the Scafell sky race. great location and we could walk to the pub/restaurant down the hill which was very convenient.
we would have preferred to get key from a key safe at the property rather than having to go into a busy Ambleside to collect it.

Warm and cozy flat with a great view
bed and pillows are of premium quality, more than enough of heaters to keep the flat warm and cozy. Lovely animals such as squirrels and birds aware spotted outside the patio from the bedroom from time to time, great for those who want to get close with nature. kitchen is equipped with a wide range of cookery, such as pops and pans and many sheep mugs . Dish washers and dryers were good addition to make make stay carefree
While the flat was meeting our expectations , it would have been perfect if sugar and tea bags were provided in the kitchen . Also one toilet roll might seem insufficient for a one week stay
