This level also includes a utility room, pantry and direct access to two enclosed patio areas, perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

The ground floor, with double entrance doors, features a welcoming lounge with ample seating, an inviting place to unwind after a day exploring the coast or Lakes. Original large sash windows with stained glass makes a statement.
