The mattress is too hard

No information was sent through for how to get into the room. The staff at the resort were quite rude as it was a privately owned villa and they refused to offer any assistance. Once the owner returned my call it was a breeze to get into and he was extremely apologetic.
The staff in reception were either non existent or plain rude.

Funky little unit with everything we needed. Waterfront views, comfy bed, smart TV. That couch is fabulous and some extra treats in the fridge. 👍👍😀😀

Spectacular view from the room.
The air conditioner doesn’t work and needs replacing. No gas in the gas bottle for a BBQ. Nowhere to put suitcases/bags - not really enough space for a family. The restaurant was only open on weekends
