The beds were comfortable, location was great and the pool area fabulous.
The toilet needed repair and a power point was broken.

The location was good, the cleanliness of the room the shower products supplied was sufficient.
We had a 4 night stay in room 206B and no offer of clean towels we had to use the same towels for 4 nights.
The bathroom sink had trouble draining.
The room could have had a toaster or sandwich press for meal options.
We did not get our code for the room key without prompting Airtrip after 2pm in the afternoon.
Then company Airtrip wanted the room key left in the room 206B on exiting but you needed this to use in the elevator to get to the carpark.
Not a good set up. Luckily we were cleaver enough for one us to hold the elevator open after swiped the key card.
We were asked to take photos of the room upon exiting to show we cleaned before leaving.
So we took about 15 photos so we would not incur any cleaning costs.
