Közvetlen a sétáló utca közelében volt, így nem kellett bajlódni az autózással és a parkolás is ingyenes volt a ház alatti teremgarázsban.
A fotók valószínű még az apartman elkészülése utániak, mert nagyon le van már lakva. A fali lámpa kiesik a falból, szék borítás kiszakadva, fali tapéta felválva, tiszta pókháló sok sarokban, szóval nagyon nem az, amit a képek alapján először gondol az ember.
