Our beautiful, newly renovated duplex townhome is located in northwest Davenport five minutes from Interstate 80 and NorthPark Mall Shopping Center. This spacious two-level, two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome will serve as your perfect home away from home during your stay in the Quad Cities. -Brand new 60in Smart TV in living room, comfy sectional, dining table seating for six

-Second bedroom with two single beds

I found the home in excellent condition with a nice kitchen and clean new bathrooms. Location was good for my purposes and you're near a lot of places to eat and shop if needed.

Had a great experience - found the property to have really thoughtful touches like a welcome basket and was well equipped and comfortable. As advertised and then some! Also Ryshawn was so easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed by this property. Everything was incredibly clean, comfortable, and cute. There was a welcome basket, water in the fridge, and plenty of beds and seating areas. This townhouse’s location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from downtown. It was easy to get to everything. We could not have been more pleased with our stay.
