About this apartment rental
Newly renovated, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath located in downtown Davenport's historic Motor Row district on East 2nd St. Amazing in-unit views and even better river views from the rooftop patio located on the 3rd floor (no elevator access to the patio).
This historic building has been repurposed into amazing apartment lofts featuring granite countertops, sealed concrete flooring, subway tile surrounds and exposed brick walls. The river views and modern industrial vibe make for a totally unique experience.
Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless. Once booked, guests receive a private keycode that will provide keyless access to the apartment, and will enter the complex via a secured door.
Guests will have access to their unit, as well as the rooftop patio over looking the Mississippi River.
Periodically, a train will pass through downtown, so we provide ear plugs and sound machines in case they're too noisy.
There are dedicated parking spaces in back, plus free street parking out front (for up to 2 hours).
Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there's evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 fee.
Absolutely no parties. We cannot stress enough that. The safety and comfort of you, our neighbors and other guests is our number priority. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
We ask that you do not take home any of the essential amenities provided to you throughout your stay (towels, games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). Thanks for your consideration!

The location of the Nelson Lofts is ideal for concert goers, restaurants and bars are everywhere. Our family had two units rented and we did have an issue getting into this unit, but the host, Tim, responded to my text immediately and the problem was resolved. We will continue to rent these lofts when visiting the Quad Cities. They are great!

We did not realize that this was above a bar/music venue. It was very loud all night. The VRBO contact has noise machines and ear plugs available. I thought this was for outside bar noise and the train. Did not realize it was below us! The baby is 6 months old, she didn't sleep well as floor vibrated and loud noise. Contact knew we had a baby with us, you can't put ear plugs in their ears! We ended up leaving a night early as we were not getting sleep anyway.It was a nice place just not suitable for our family at this time. Beds were very comfortable and place was well stocked.Elevator broke day before we got there so we walked up three flights. The repairman had been called twice but didn't show up until day 3 when we were leaving.I have bad knees and carrying baby supplies was a bit rough.Good location but needed to be informed about the area.
