About this apartment rental
The most unique space you will find in the entire QC area. This gorgeous 3 story penthouse on top of the historic Nelson building in downtown Davenport is a true gem. This one-of-a-kind space will leave you breathless with incredible views of Davenport on a private balcony on the 5th floor of the building.
This historic building has been repurposed into amazing apartment lofts featuring granite countertops, sealed concrete flooring, subway tile surrounds and exposed brick walls. The river views and modern industrial vibe make for a totally unique experience.
Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless. Once booked, guests receive a private keycode that will provide keyless access to the apartment, and will enter the complex via a secured door.
Guests will have access to their unit, as well as the rooftop patio over looking the Mississippi River.
Periodically, a train will pass through downtown, so we provide ear plugs and sound machines in case they`re too noisy. This is a 3-story loft, so there are many stairs in this unit. Please only book if you are able to use stairs.
Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there`s evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 fee.
Absolutely NO PARTIES. We cannot stress enough that. The safety and comfort of you, our neighbors and other guests is our number priority. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
We ask that you do not take home any of the essential amenities provided to you throughout your stay (towels, games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). Thanks for your consideration!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location-walkable to plenty of restaurants. Clean with everything we needed. Host responded quickly to a couple minor questions. Parking was convenient. Would stay here again.

What a gorgeous, spacious penthouse loft in the middle of all the cool downtown spots in Davenport! Tim was an excellent host--answering my questions and always accessible but never intrusive. The bedding was super soft, thick and cozy, a really nice touch! I would definitely come back again, and will recommend this to friends and family who come to the Quad Cities to visit.

What a unique VRBO! Loved all the brick. Absolutely loved the patio and gas fireplace too! Tim was a very responsive host as well. Right downtown and right on the river. So many sights to be seen. The trains do run right by the place at any time. The earplugs and noisemakers were a plus! There are also a lot of steps but we had no problem with them at all. You are definitely right in the middle of so many fun things to do!
