Our hip space will be a perfect place for you to call your home while you explore restaurants, parks, and sights in Portland! Go out or stay in! We had fun decorating keeping the home’s original 1910 character while adding a modern sensibility with locally sourced decor and lots of plants inspired by the #rewildling movement.

Yes, Binge-watch your favorite TV shows on the flat-screen 43-inch HD Smart TV with voice remote, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. Home features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, bonus mudroom, and original hardwood floors throughout. Get a good nights sleep on the brand new hybrid memory foam mattresses.
On a work trip? We’ve got you covered with super-fast WiFi internet. Listen to streaming tunes on the Amazon Echo Plus, or go old school and spin vinyl on the record player. Super easy self-check-in with our smart lock with keypad and smartphone access. Washer and dryer are available for guest use in the unfinished basement. This is the front side of a duplex. We have permanent tenants who live next door with their dog. As such, since there is a shared wall, there may be some ambient noise from the neighbors.
The home is conveniently located in N Portland, close to public transportation, on a quiet neighborhood street. Located in the desirable University Park Neighborhood in N Portland. Close to University of Portland, New Seasons Market, bus and Max line, St. Johns, 3 blocks west of Columbia Park. Easy access to I-5, only a ten-minute commute to downtown Portland. Also close to the historic Kenton neighborhood with trendy restaurants, shops, and cafes.
