Floating home on the Columbia river, fantastic front row floating home, incredible sunsets & stargazing from the large 2nd floor master deck, new memory foam beds, chef’s kitchen, hot tub & outdoor living space with couches, fire pit & dining table, 2 kayaks on site. 2 work spaces, large deck upstairs & life cycle bike & adjustable height desk down.upstairs theater/TV room with down couches & 65” Samsung smart TV. This is a secure gated moorage & tenant screening has to go through moorage owner @ $75 per person
