Verandah-style Living Overlooking Coral Bay

This property is stunning and so well maintained. The access road and parking spot are not that steep compared to others. The veranda offers a view of both Coral Bay, the mountain valley behind it, the passing clouds, and the stars at night. Apart from the nighttime tree frogs, the area is quiet and is surrounded by lush tropical flora. The furniture is lovely and very comfortable. There are mini split ACs, ceiling fans, and lots of screened and louvered doors to keep you cool. There is plenty of available beach gear; a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom; a built-in water filtration system; a clothesline for drying wet bathing suits; and lots of thoughtful touches throughout, such as bedside flashlights and eye masks. It’s clear that the owners put a lot of thought and care into Aqua Villa. It also shows in their choice of super helpful property managers, Sarah and JP. During a short-lived island power outage, Sarah immediately texted me all the information I needed without my needing to ask. (There is a generator handy in the event it’s extended.) When it was time to fill the house’s cistern with water, Sarah reached out to make sure I wasn’t bothered by the sound of the water filling the drum. (I wasn’t at all.) Need I say more? This place is special, and is so convenient to the beaches and area restaurants to boot. A real St. John gem!

This home was beautiful and the view incredible. Sahra and Jp were helpful with any questions. Location was perfect to access many of the beaches. The owners answered all our questions prior to arriving and made our first visit to St. John an easy one. Looking to make a return to the island in the future and would love to stay at this location again. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Loved staying near Cruz Bay on the other side of the island. Listing is exactly as described and definitely worth the cost. All amenities were greatly appreciated.

We loved every aspect of our experience at Aqua Villa and St John. If you want a wonderful home base to explore the island and have an incredible vacation than Aqua Villa is a great choice.Christopher (owner) and Sarah (manager) were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the island and places to explore.
