Suite Papaya is a well-appointed studio apartment located on a shared estate overlooking the Coral Bay area of St. John. It is the ideal tropical escape for couples or the solo St. John adventurer!

The Space & Amenities
Suite Papaya is located on the lower level of the main house, sitting just above a beautifully landscaped hillside and a large pool deck.
• Private Comforts: Features a King bed, a pullout sofa, a unique platform daybed mini-room, A/C, a TV, a sitting area, and a beautiful bathroom. (Sleeps 2 comfortably, with an option to add a 3rd guest).
• Sunset Views: Facing both south and west, this unit captures stunning, unobstructed Caribbean sunsets.
• Fully Equipped Kitchenette: Includes a two-burner electric stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.

You will have access to over 1,000 square feet of exterior deck space, offering plenty of areas around the estate to lounge alone or mingle in a group:

Our hosts were fabulous and gave us so many wonderful suggestions for how to make the most out of our limited vacation time. Sue gave us ideas for hiking, beaches, music venues, restaurants, grocery stores, history, the latest happenings on the island, the best snorkeling…you name it and she seemed to know about it and then some. She was very responsive when we had requests. We had the most stupendous view and fabulous outdoor patio space we could imagine- what a way to wake up every morning!. They provided a cooler so that we could take snacks/lunch for day and beach towels. We had a delightful stay and really enjoyed being on the Coral Bay part of the island. I don’t think there is a more knowledgeable host on the island than Sue! Thank you for everything! Your vast knowledge, kindness, thoughtfulness, and suggestions made such a difference in how much we enjoyed our vacation and in how much we were able to see, do, and experience!

We had an absolutely amazing time with Sue and Ron! Papaya Moon is a spectacular property and was exactly as described... the view is absolutely singular. Sue and Ron were excellent Hosts and always checking in to be sure we were comfortable and ready to share helpful information as needed. We hope to return again and again. Thank you Sue and Ron!

What a stunning piece of paradise. Sue and Ron were such welcoming hosts, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. They were so kind and treated us like family. Such a quiet, peaceful home. The view is the best part. HUGE deck with stunning views. Not to mention, the place was very clean and well maintained. The bed was so comfortable, the fresh breeze from all the windows and doors were so relaxing. There is air in the unit but wasn’t even needed with all the fresh cool air. We definitely hope to come again!
