Located 5 minutes by bike from the beach, passing through the marsh which faces the ocean, new air-conditioned BBC villa of 110m² on a plot of 400m² classified 4 stars at the tourist office.
Swimming pool of 3.5m x 7m (heated from the beginning of May to the end of September).

You can enjoy its bright and pleasant 40m² living room/kitchen opening onto a terrace + outdoor swimming pool facing south where you will enjoy meals with family or friends around a barbecue.
Located in the heart of the village of Givrand, this pavilion is dedicated to a clientele looking for calm and seaside activities.

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen (1 refrigerator, 1 freezer type bahu), induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave) living area with a large table with 10 seats. Lounge area: Sofa, flat screen. Sleeping area: 1 master suite with 160*200 bed, flat screen TV equipped with a private bathroom opening onto the courtyard facing the pool. 3 bedrooms with 160x200 bed and an extra bed for 1 person, 2 independent bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 games room open to the outside via a bay (darts, table football).
Outside: heated swimming pool (beginning of May to end of September), 7 m x 3.5 m + 1 large terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds, synthetic lawn.
You can also enjoy the large outdoor gas barbecue for all your grilling.

Super location, on recommande.
Petit bémol sur la wifi qui n'a pas beaucoup fonctionné et sur l'entrée pour se garer devant la propriété. Pas pratique et dangereux car les véhicules arrivent super vite du rond point.
Sinon piscine au top et villa très bien équipée !

Nous avons passé 5 nuits, malheureusement nous étions déçus car pas de serviettes, pas de tapis de bains pas de torchons pour la vaisselles, la piscine était remplie de petites bestioles on avait même pas de Filet pour la nettoyer personne n'a vraiment profiter de la piscine.... Pour le prix qu'on a payé pour ça c'était vraiment abusé.
