The house is set up well for families - adult children and their kids on one side of the house, and grandparents on the other side :). Nice roomy kitchen. Beach access is incredible, along with a wonderful porch for sitting (and dining). Ample parking too.

We came here as a group of 6 for a bachelorette/girls weekend, and this home couldn't have been a better choice. It's right on the beach, which is super convenient for spending the day there, but also the walkway/boardwalk and screened in porch made morning coffee and evening cocktails so awesome. The location is only a 20 min walk into town, but we rented a golf cart for convenience and I'd highly recommend it (or bikes). The host was easily reachable, and they were very accommodating about checking in early as well. Their office is right on the main road in downtown Folly, and the staff there were also accommodating when we needed a place to drop our bags for a little while while we were waiting for a late flight. We'd love to come back and would highly recommend this spot!

This house is a gem! This is our second year here and it was as perfect as ever! It is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and you can’t beat the beach access. We absolutely love it here! Our family hopes to make this our “home away from home” every year.
