We were 4 friends there for a girls weekend. Excellent location, close to everything. We felt safe and easily got around to most touristy spots and restaurants.
The beds were comfortable, the house was laid out well so we could hang out as a group and have our space.
We only had two complaints. 1) We had paid extra for an early check and it was not setup correctly. We had to have several phone calls and delayed text communications to get it fixes and into the property. 2) There was no garage door opener, so the only way to use the garage was to drop someone off at the front door to enter the home and open the garage from the inside while we drove around back. It worked out, but it was a huge hassle, and would've been very inconvenient if you were a single person staying here.

The condo was just like the photos. Had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults to hang out together comfortably in the kitchen/living room and also have our privacy with bedrooms and full bathrooms on 3 floors. Booking, check in and check out were easy. The condo is located in Germantown across the street from Kroger and walking distance to a lot of great pubs and breweries. We even walked to the farmers market and down to Broadway. Only issues we had were 1. No garage door opener, which wasn't a big deal as parking on the street was available and convenient 2. The floors throughout are dirty and need a deep clean. Overall, our group was happy and we would stay here again.
