Just a 3-minute drive from our home, Germantown is a charming, historic neighborhood in Nashville known for its vibrant atmosphere and blend of old-world architecture with modern touches. Once a predominantly industrial area, it has transformed into one of the city's trendiest spots, offering a mix of upscale restaurants, boutique shops, and cozy cafes. Popular attractions include the Nashville Farmers' Market, the iconic red-brick buildings, and the historic Germantown Café.
Broadway: 1.6 Miles
The Gulch: 1.8 Miles
BNA: 9.3 Miles
Walkability: There are coffee shops, a grocery store and a pub within walking distance, but we find taking a quick Uber to be the most expedient!
Getting Around:
Ride Shares are readily available at all times of the day!

The house was great and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop deck was a perfect place to hang out and relax.

The decorations were unique -- made the space feel like Nashville!! It is a beautiful home. My group and I loved it. Looking forward to visiting again.

The place was gorgeous with also the little things that we didn’t think we needed and they were provided. For the group of us in our young 20’s it was the perfect spot and would 100% stay again.
