Located in Nashville’s newest up-and-coming neighborhood. Very close to many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, fitness & shopping. Only a short Uber to Marathon Village and popular destination neighborhoods The Gulch, 12 South, midtown and less than 3 miles from Bridgestone Arena and the honky-tonks of Broadway!
Getting Around:
Our home comes with a single car garage, and free on-street parking. Lyft and Ubers are both readily available and very cheap options to get wherever you'd like to go!
Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!
Interaction with Guests:
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to in home chefs.

Location was EVERYTHING!!! We attended Nash Bash Music Note drop on NYE and were able to walk! We were only about 10 minutes from Printers Alley and Music Row. Which we visited EVERY NIGHT!WE WERE A PARTY OF 11 and i do feel as though more kitchen tools/pots/pans shiukd have been made available for large parties to take advantage of the home but we made do. W
