Great property for weekend getaway. Super easy to get to Broadway with quick Uber ride and can walk to restaurants easily. House was clean and in good condition. We rented 2 homes side by side and it was perfect for a large group!. I would stay here again.

These are great townhouses on the edge of the Germantown / Buena Vista neighborhood.
The location is very accessible to most things downtown. We walked to Broadway some times, took ride shares other times. It's about a 30 minute walk. It's close to the Germantown, the minor league ballpark, and the Nashville Farmers market.
The townhouses were in good condition. Everything was in good working condition, and we had no issues during our stay. I had to reach out to the host when I arrived as there was tape on the walls and ceiling that was likely from the last guests hanging balloons or banners. I didn't so much mind, but didn't want to be billed for it if the crew had missed it.
The floor plans are good for a group. The primary bedroom upstairs bedrooms can sleep a ton of people if needed. The two upstairs bedroom have a Jack and Jill style bathroom, which is a bit unique for a primary bedroom, but keeps the other bedroom from having to go downstairs.
Our group had a great time in Nashville and would come back to these townhouses again.

Overall it was ok. Layout worked for our family. The places are getting a bit west and tear. Need to add additional bath towels, dish towels and blankets. We were short throughout. Dumpster/trash can was overflowing and pretty nasty. Also, additional shampoo, conditioner and body soup would be appreciated. As mentioned, it worked for us but did not meet our full expectations.
