Located in downtown Nashville, this buyout includes two 4-bedroom units that sleep a total of 24 guests. We strive to ensure each guest's experience is exceptional. Please note that while the apartment you receive will meet our high standards of comfort and quality, there may be slight variations in layout and design from the images on the listing. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make your stay memorable. There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville. Nearby attractions: Broadway, Nashville Farmer’s Market, Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonk, Bridgestone Arena, Centennial Park, Monell’s (Southern), Rolf and Daughters (Italian), Henrietta Red (Seafood), O-ku (Sushi). Home Truths: - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count per unit. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - There are 2 flights of stairs present within each unit. Please note these units may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Parking Details: 1 parking space is allowed per unit. Street parking is available. Please note: Vehicles must be parked only in approved areas to avoid towing. --- The room configuration is as follows: Unit 102: Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Queen bed Bedroom 4 / Queen over queen bunk bed Unit 103: Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 2 / Queen bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 3 / Queen over queen bunk bed Bedroom 4 / Queen bed --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
