Gorgeous custom-built family home located in Jourdan River Shores subdivision. This home was designed for maximum family time, from the great room and kitchen, to the deck overlooking the lawn, dock and the river, there's something for everyone.
Spectacular views of the Jourdan can be enjoyed from both upstairs and down.
The dock provides easy access for swimming, kayaking or just relaxing in the lagoon or river.

The River house is only 15 minutes from Old Town Bay St. Louis. This quaint little town offers both fine and casual dining, art galleries, antique shops, gift shops, beautiful beaches, and a marina! If that's not enough action the property is only 15 minutes from all the fun and excitement of the Gulf Coast Casinos.
If the big city is more your thing, you're only 50 minutes from downtown New Orleans and the Historic French Quarter.

The river house was perfect for 3 generations to stay at. Our daughter enjoyed the complimentary wine. The kitchen is well stocked. There was plenty of room for all of us. The grandkids LOVED the kayaks! They enjoyed going across the river to the lagoon. We all enjoyed the beautiful outdoor kitchen. The house is in a great location. We enjoyed going to the beach in Waveland. It was only 15 minutes away and no one else was there. It was like having your own private beach on the gulf. The house also isn't too far from New Orleans or Biloxi. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is just as the photos depict. Very comfortable for six adults with dogs. There are kayaks to use. There's a nice sandy beach just a quick kayak across the river. Great neighborhood and neighbors. Easy access to I-10 to all the amenities and shopping needs.

We were comfy as enjoyed the house and river. Easy drive one evening in to New Orleans. Bay St. Louis offers so many options and cute town. Babies did very well too. Family or friends groups …good spot!!
