As you step inside your private house, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area that boasts large windows and abundant natural light. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area and kitchen, providing the ultimate space for quality time with friends and family.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. There are dual gas ranges, with a full-size commercial refrigerator, full-size freezer, and kitchen island with prep sink. A freestanding ice maker that can provide up to 100 pounds of ice per day. With this updated kitchen stocked with all the essentials, including a KitchenAid mixer, you are all set for culinary adventures and have the ultimate recipe for a fantastic vacation!
The dining area features many seating options, perfect for enjoying a meal with loved ones or an extreme game night! Additionally, you can open the French doors and move your gathering outside, to enjoy the private covered patio.
The three bedrooms are generously sized and offer plenty of space. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, complete with a large walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk beds, with an attached bathroom that includes a claw foot soaking tub with shower. The third bedroom sleeps up to six guests with two sets of triple bunk beds. A third additional bathroom with tub, shower and TV provides additional comfort for more relaxation and space.
This home has many extras for your ultimate vacation, including beach chairs and umbrellas, shade tents, beach toys, volleyball net, portable street pickleball net, smash ball, horseshoes, corn hole, ladder golf and many more.

Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, makeup wipes, tissue.
All linens are provided.
Other Things to Note:
**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.

The property and home were more impressive than we even expected. We went the chef's kitchen, which was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our favorite place was the gazebo with the Adirondack chairs. Our dogs especially loved all of the room to run. This home definitely catered to dogs. We were very grateful to have a kennel to put one of our dogs in when we went out. Overall, we were very pleased.
