Welcome to Betts Beach House where you’ll make memories with your Family & Friends! This 5 bedroom, all one level, home is in the heart of Gulfport! Pets and fur babies welcome too! Enjoy the boho/coastal vibes, stocked coffee bar, foosball table, arcade games, 6 smart TVs, & Charcoal Grill as we have something for everyone!

Please make sure you stop by one of the many grocery stores on your way in to stock up on these essential supplies as there is just enough to get you started only.
★BEDROOMS★
You will have ample space for your family or group to spread out as there are 5 bedrooms.
3 King bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, and One bedroom with 2 Full Size beds.
The house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.
★BATHROOMS★
3 Full bathrooms. One is located in the hallway between the Queen Room & Full Size Beds Room. One is located in a King bedroom to give the most privacy. One is connected in between the other 2 King bedrooms and is shared. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, and toilet paper. Please remember to bring other toiletries and enough extra supplies for your stay!
★KITCHEN/DINING ROOM★
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you’ll need for making meals for the whole group: a toaster, can opener, and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. There’s lots of counter & cabinet space. The dining room table also has room for 6 and smaller table located just off the kitchen seats 2 more.
★GAME ROOM★
Connected to one of the King bedrooms you'll find the game room with a Foosball Table, an Arcade Game System (Street Fighter), and a ton of board and card games. It also has its own doors leading out to the front driveway.
★OUTSIDE SPACE★
Right outside the back door youll find a fully fenced in back yard. The patio area has a table with 4 chairs, lounge seats, and a Charcoal Grill (Bring your own charcoal) for grilling out.
The house is located right next to the Train tracks and crossing. We have provided ear plugs and sound machines to help those who are sensitive to sounds at night. Please make note of this before booking as this is a normal occurrence for the city of Gulfport and to be close to the beach means to be close to the tracks.
Additionally We are located in an up and coming neighborhood! You will find an array of homes in our neighborhood from older homes to brand new construction! It’s a safe family friendly neighborhood with character! No cookie cutter houses here!

PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles max) No street Parking

☀ No Parties or Large Gatherings outside of the max occupancy of 12.
☀ Smoking inside is NOT permitted.
☀ Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted.
☀ No 3rd party bookings. The person booking the reservation MUST be staying at the cabin. We do not allow you to book for someone else to stay. Breaking this rule will be cause for immediate cancellation.
☀The house comfortably accommodates 12 guests max. If more then 12 guests stay at the house there will be a $75/per person charge added to the booking.
While we have a professional pest control company that services our house, there still will be the opportunity for pests to be on the property. Please notify us immediately if any issues should arise.
- Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. Its always a good idea to buy travel insurance during hurricane season.
SECURITY CAMERAS
We are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras that are capable of recording video and audio.
Audio video Cameras (Ring) view the driveway and front door area & are exterior facing only.
It is capable of recording and/or sending video, audio, and/or still images.

The property was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet, well-kept, and felt very safe, which added to the overall sense of relaxation during our stay. The location was excellent, with the beach just minutes away and easily accessible. In addition, a variety of restaurants and a casino were nearby, providing plenty of dining and entertainment options without the need to travel far. Overall, this home offered the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and tranquility, making it an ideal choice for both relaxation and enjoyment.

Our family of 6 adults had a great week. This was our first time at the Gulf. The house was very nice and plenty of room. The 3 bathrooms were great and each couple had their own. Lots of cards played at the table. If you are a light sleeper, (I am), the train tracks are about 150 feet from the back door. There is also a road crossing and the trains blow the horns all night long. Eventually I got use to them. We did enjoy watching them from the back yard. It was a nice vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was close to everything we needed and the host very quick to respond to all messages. We would definitely stay here again.
