About this house rental
This home is a fun, relaxing place only a block away from the beach. Everything you need to have a truly great vacation. Enjoy the beach, relax by the pool or ride bicycles to the main street in town (about a mile away) and visit the town green and local shops. Every Saturday morning is the farmers market with fresh vegetables, bread and flowers.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful formal dining room seats 8. Large table in the den seats 6 and table in the Tremont Room seats 6. Can seat extras at the bar and island in the kitchen. Great for large family gatherings, Thanksgiving, Christmas or reunions.
The Tremont Room ( or game room) is in the back. Named so because one wall is old lumber from Tremont, MS. These came from the owner's Grandfather's mill. The room has 3 sides of windows allowing the morning sun to shine through as you look out over a huge back yard, large swimming pool, goldfish pond and much more. The Tremont Room is equipped with air hockey and other small games. A pool table is in the pool house just outside the pool area. Large flat screen TV and a very comfortable futon that sleeps 2 along with a great table for playing cards or board games.
The home has a Cruisin bedroom decorated for the week long event that takes place on the MS Gulf Coast every October. A GMC headboard is over a queen bed with a flat screen TV and other memorabilia. Room darkening drapes are in all bedrooms for late sleepers.
Corner bedroom features a king bed with a unique antique headboard and flat screen TV.
Master bedroom and bath is very soothing with pastel colors. Great mantel headboard with all beach decor. Flat screen TV and French doors lead out to the patio and pool area. Great place to have a morning cup of coffee or quick dip in the pool.
Kids and adults will love the nautical suite upstairs. Features 4 twin beds, large flat screen TV and of course room darkening drapes. French doors lead into another bedroom with a double bed. An entire family can sleep upstairs. Charming spiral staircase is outside of this bedroom.
The piano room has a modern digital piano that can be played just as a piano or can play by itself. Kids and adults alike love playing the piano and sounding like a professional. Really is lots of fun!! All tv’s are smart tv’s with capability to log in to your favorite subscriptions.

This was a wonderful place to stay with our 3 generations so we could have Thanksgiving with our parents/grandparents/great-grandparents.

We have booked this property twice. It is the perfect accommodation for a family vacation. There is enough room for everyone to have their own space. We will definitely book a third time! The pool is the biggest plus of all. The check in is effortless and the host is easy to communicate with. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay was average, because we made it okay. However, this is a beautiful older house but we notice these things; the night lights at the drive entrance was not working and the front was very dark. The house do not have many inside updates (example: bathrooms, living room, and patio furniture, sleeping room beds, etc.), and back yard sitting areas in need of pressure cleaning. I don't like giving bad reviews, but it's importance to be honest about our experience to help you make renters vacating stay enjoyable and wanting to return. Thank You.
