From the spacious covered patio/deck, you can catch a view of the Gulf—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Located near the wonderful Mississippi Aquarium, you’ll also find yourself just:
* ½ mile to Walmart for quick essentials
* 10 minutes to charming Bay St. Louis
* 15 minutes to lively Biloxi/Gulfport (the “Vegas of the Gulf Coast”)
* Just over an hour to New Orleans with its food, culture, and history
**The Space**
Designed for comfort and relaxation, this newly built 3 bedroom home features modern finishes, elegant styling and plenty of natural light. With a spacious layout, it’s ideal for family vacations, group getaways, or even a peaceful retreat.
Can comfortably sleep 7. We also have a pack and play/travel crib as well as 2 air mattresses available. If your group is larger than 7, please include that in your reservation request and we can discuss if the additional sleeping options will work for you!
Inside, you’ll find:
* A fully equipped kitchen - with a spacious island and a table fit for large family style dining
* Cozy living spaces with games and puzzles for family fun
* A laundry room for your convenience (washer + dryer included)
* Quality linens, beach towels, and all the little touches that make a house feel like home
* Starting supply of toiletries
* Fire ladders in each room
* Fire extinguishing blankets
* Pack and Play in 2nd bedroom closet
* High Chair in 2nd bedroom closet
* 1 Queen and 1 Twin Air Mattress
* Mesh child safety gate installed on front patio/deck stairs

We’ve stocked the house with everything you need for days by the water, including:
* Beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to get you there

**Guest Access**
Guests have access to the entire home, covered patio/deck, and laundry room. Lift access not included.

I have rented quite a few properties in the past, and this one exceeded all expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. Starting with the street…a very quiet dead-end with beautiful homes. The views of the Gulf are terrific from the front porch, with really great chairs for morning coffee. If you stay waterfront in Long Beach, the highway noise it’s really loud. Just beware. This is the best case scenario… still get the views, but also the peace and quiet. The furniture is clean and comfortable, not short term quality. The bathrooms are great and beds super comfortable. If back in Gulfport again, this will be my go-to.
