We loved that we were within walking distance of the farmer's market and Kroger. The Lyft and Uber rides were only $13 for a large family to go down to Broadway and listen to music at the bars.
Several small items in the house needed repair, but we didn't need them fixed the first two days of our stay anyway (weekend workers were scheduled off).
Management was friendly. Location was great though. Beds were low to the floor, so my seventy year old mother-in-law had a bit of trouble rolling out in the morning, but the beds were very comfortable. I relaxed in the large, deep tub and the shower was great also. I love the way the place was configured as well.

My friends and I stayed at Avant Stay by Dottie for a long girls’ weekend. The place was spacious and clean, and had every amenity we could want. Check in and communication was seamless. And the location was near to a grocery store, pharmacy, and farmer’s market. Plus, you could walk to downtown Nashville if you wanted to! So glad we selected this spot!
