A very nice home that provided our group with precisely our needs. Staff commutation and availability was helpful at all hours. Would stay there again, for sure.

Chose this for its location and “pet friendly” listing information. Only after booking found in the fine print of the contract that pets were not allowed. After contacting management they said pets were allowed for a fee of $450. As we were not eligible for a refund at that time we had to leave our dog behind instead of paying the ridiculously high fee. Outside of this disappointment the rest of our stay was pleasant, the property was in good condition and several complimentary Avant branded items were left for us, which was a very nice touch.

We used the townhouse for a girl’s weekend. It worked perfectly for our needs. It was furnished with trendy décor, was cute and very clean. The grocery store across the street was handy. The house was stocked nicely with seasonings, teas, olive oil and laundry soap. We had everything we needed.
We gave the house 3 stars due to the fact that there were security items that concerned us. Upon arrival we found a notice on the kitchen counter stating the following things needed to be fixed. We were not notified in advance about these security items.
1) Broken window in the lower bedroom - this window was boarded up and taped together with duct tape. It was on the street level in an area with lots of construction.
2) The door lock leading into the garage did not work. So we were unable to lock the door.
3) Upstairs bedroom had a missing blind. This window faced the street.
Given that this is a neighborhood being revitalized we felt these security items were concerning.
Also, since this is a new property there are some things that need to be looked into. The upstairs shower had zero water pressure and the bathtub could not get hot water. There are also no window screens on the windows. We suggest fixing the items before you rent again as it is a cute place.
