Enjoyed the condo and it was well suited for a group. Location to downtown, the Gulch, and OpryMills area was within 15 minutes so made it smooth to get around Nashville.

This place is right across the street from a Kroger, and the kitchen has enough to be able to handle almost all of your cooking needs. It is a solid walk from a lot of good restaurants in central Germantown. The area is currently being gentrified though, so there were a couple of homeless people that stayed to themselves (but clearly needed some meds) that would make me a bit nervous if I was a smaller woman walking alone at night. BUT like I said, they keep to themselves. Just avoid the little bus stop (which is EXTREMELY easy to do) and you'll never have issues. The beds are super comfy, towels are just super plush somehow. The garage is amazing if you have a car or crossover (don't bring a pickup or long SUV). The AC worked great when we were there (but it was usually around 70°F anyways, so of course it did). There was also a small, inconsequential issue with a window that the staff there immediately responded to us about and offered us our choice of remediation options. Like I said, even with the few drawbacks that EVERY place would have, I still loved staying here and so did the other 4 adults there as well. Highly recommend!
