It was stocked with most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Shower was designed awesome. Other than the traffic noise at night, it was very quiet.
Door handles to the bedrooms amd bathrooms were kind of loose. Main bedroom door woukdnt stay locked. Didnt realize how many stairs the house had, taking luggage up was a pain. 41 steps just from the door to the living room. But other than that our stay was great.

Clean place, nice kitchen with everything needed to cook a small meal for 2.
Could have used extra towels and maybe two small bar stools at the island instead of just one large stool.

Property was clean , nice and had everything we needed. It’s locations was a short cheap uber away from everything and about 30 min walk. It felt safe as well!
It felt comfy and nicely decorated. I didn’t like the stairs but that’s my own issue lol. Beds were comfy as well!

Rooftop deck was great, management company very responsive to issues
I had verified the unit we booked had two bedrooms with ensuite baths but when we got there, that wasn't the case. I contacted Avanstay and they quickly switched us to a larger unit. For a newer property, it was noisy, conversations in adjacent units could be heard. There were lots of scuffed up walls and we requested maintenance on a broken towel bar & railing. The kitchen needs a blender and cleaning could be more thorough.
