• No smoking
• No pets allowed
• No events, parties or large gatherings
• Must be at least 25 years old to book
• Check-in time: 4pm, Check-out time: 10am. Late check-out incurs a fee of $50 per hour.
• Sleep 8 guests max. Unregistered guests will incur a fee of $100 per person.
• Fire is not allowed anywhere in the cabin except for grilling area
• Do not engage any illegal activities on the property.

NOTE: We're located in Chalet Village, steep roads. In winter may require an all-wheel-drive vehicle. With the exception of 2 locked closets for the owners, the entire cabin is available to guests.

• MAIN LEVEL: Features an open concept living, dining, kitchen area with 1 Queen bedroom, a full bathroom and a wrapped around deck outside.
○ This open living area with bay windows showing the STUNNING Mountain, Gatlinburg and Tram Views that will make you smile.
○ The vaulted ceiling living area has a stone-like wood-burning fireplace and a 55" smart TV (no cable channels) and a comfortable chair.
○ KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Keurig with K-cups, drip coffeemaker with coffee ground, toaster, cooking basics, spices
○ Queen bedroom with a 40" flat screen TV, and also a full bathroom
○ A wrap around deck outside with a gas grill
○ NOTE: There is small owner closet that is NOT accessible to guests.

• UPPER LEVEL: Loft, 1 King bedroom, a full bathroom, private deck
○ The upper loft level looks over the living area and also provides an extended Living area with another seating area and board games
○ From the loft the same Amazing Ariel views of the Mountains, Gatlinburg and the Ober Tram can be seen.
○ King bedroom with a full bathroom. Bedroom has access to an additional private deck overlooking the front.
○ NOTE: There is small owner closet that is NOT accessible to guests.

• LOWER LEVEL: Theater room, a King bedroom with full bathroom, a deck with hot tub and laundry room
○ A theater room with 65" TV and a free Arcade game machine for your enjoyment.
○ King bedroom has a 40" flat screen TV, and a full bathroom
○ A deck with the hot tub that has the same amazing mountain, Gatlinburg and Ober Tram views.
○ A laundry room with a washer/dryer

• GENERAL: Air conditioning, central heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, ceiling fans, hairdryers, complimentary toiletries, essentials

• COMMUNITY POOLS: You have free access to 3 pools and tennis courts (with provided card, and card must be returned to cabin). The pools normally open on Memorial Day weekend and close on Labor Day. Tennis courts at North Clubhouse available year-round. Exercise room available at South Clubhouse if the pool opens.

• PARKING: 3 spaces: 2 parking spaces in front of cabin, you can park the 3rd car alongside with metal trash cage. There are 2 more spaces in the gravel area, first come first serve basic.

-- GUEST ACCESS --
• The front door has an electronic lock; you will be provided the code 1 day before check-in

-- GUEST INTERACTION --
• This cabin is owned and managed by me and my wife, no Property Manager. If you encounter any issue or need anything to make your stay the best experience, we are here to help, answer your call personally.
• We are not local to the cabin, but we're available via phone call, text or email from 7am CST to 11pm CST.

-- SECURITY --
• For our safety and yours, there are 2 security cameras: 1 at the front parking and 1 at the front entrance that automatically record audio and video of the exterior of the property. The cameras DO NOT point toward the spa or any interior spaces.
• The camera is activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access the camera in real time.

-- OTHER THINGS TO NOTE--
• IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow any check in on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Please check with host before booking.
• Ladybugs: You might see them in the cabin in the fall and winter season as they try to escape the cold. Our cleaner always vacuums after each reservation but it's very difficult to keep 100% free of ladybugs.
• The cabin is located in the mountains and the roads are steep, requiring an all-wheel-drive vehicle in the winter.
• You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway, do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous.
• No refunds will be given for weather, so please plan accordingly, including being prepared with food and all-wheel drive.
• Fireplace use is only available from October 1 through April 1.
• A gas grill is on the main level deck for you to use. Please note that it's outside and it's just not feasible to clean it between every guest, so you may need to clean it before use, depending on how the last guest left it.
• The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol, or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
• Unregistered guests will incur a fee of $100 per person. Please make sure you put correct number of guests in the reservation.
• Read and sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking, which will be sent by 3C Vacation Homes via email.
