Our 4-bedroom, 3-bath Chalet provides a private mountain retreat, with stunning views of downtown, Ober Gondola & the Great Smoky Mountains. It is located less than 10 min (2.4 miles) from downtown Gatlinburg & the National Park entrance. It sleeps 12 people & packed with activities designed for your entertainment including hot tub, pool table, arcade game, access to 3 Club community pools, 2 large decks & kitchen stocked with all major cooking utensils.

LIVING ROOM –
Awe-inspiring view, right when you walk in the door to the chalet, stops you in your tracks! The panoramic views of Downtown Gatlinburg, Ober Gatlinburg Gondola & the Great Smoky Mountains are just stunning! The living room connects to the kitchen and dining room with beautiful, two-story tongue-in-groove surroundings, a gas fireplace, and dining area setting this great room apart and making it perfect for entertaining! It is warm, cozy, and ready for you to relax and enjoy the views or binge-watch from the 50" HD Flat Screen TV & plush leather furniture. Fireplace season is October through March.
EXCELLENT RECREATION AREAS
You never need to leave the chalet to enjoy your vacation with an excellent recreation room and two private decks to enjoy! There is a classic pool table and arcade game, board games, and 50” HD TVs!
The lower floor of the chalet has a game room complete with:
• Pool table
• Whiskey barrel arcade video game (no charge) with 60+ classic arcade games
• Assorted board games
• Hot Tub with 7-person capacity outside the game room
• 50” HD TV and full cable service
• Large outdoor deck with chairs and stunning view
• Corn hole game for outdoor use
Main floor:
• Living room with 50” HD TV and full cable service & gas fireplace (available Oct-March)
• Exterior deck with breathtaking panoramic views of the downtown, the Ober Gatlinburg Gondola & the Great Smoky Mountains
BEDROOMS
The chalet sleeps up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and a queen mattress pull-out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom is appointed with beautiful Smoky Mountain-themed quilts, handcrafted log frame beds, and cozy comforters. Two of the bedrooms are suites with full bathrooms attached to the bedrooms.
Lower floor (sleeps 4 people):
• Bedroom with King bed & HD TV with full cable service
• Bedroom with Queen bed
• Full bathroom with shower/bathtub combo
Main floor (sleeps 4 people):
• Master bedroom suite with King bed, HDTV with cable, and attached full bathroom with tub/shower combination
• Living room with a queen pull-out sofa bed
Top floor (sleeps 4 people):
• Master Bedroom suite with King bed, bunk bed (2 twin beds), HD TV, and full cable service
• Bathroom with tub and shower
DECKS - 2 decks off the back of the chalet with dining table, premium seating, hot tub, and stunning views
DINING ROOM – Rustic wooden dining table with seating for 8 right near the kitchen bar with seating for 4 more. The deck connected to the kitchen & living room also has an outdoor dining table perfect for 6 to enjoy dinner and two large high-back Adirondack chairs.
KITCHEN – Well-appointed with all the major utensils, silverware, dishes, glasses, and cookware needed for you to create & serve gourmet meals. Electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES –
• Access to Chalet Village Facilities which include 3 different club houses, three separate pool facilities including water-slide, children’s play fountain, four tennis courts, two game rooms with pool table, foosball, air hockey, arcade games, children’s play structure, concession stands & more. These facilities are included with your stay, with seasonal swimming pools available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Full size washer and dryer in the chalet
• Convenient location to downtown Gatlinburg only 2.4 miles away and 2.2 miles to the entrance to Ober Gatlinburg! Easy access to great restaurants, shopping, Ripley's Aquarium, & the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park all only 7-10 min drive (2.4 miles) away.
• Convenient access to Pigeon Forge, less than 9 miles away, with access to the Gatlinburg bypass which allows you to avoid the peak season traffic in Gatlinburg on your way to the Pigeon Forge attractions

• Just minutes from this chalet is the beautiful Gatlinburg Community Center - a complex with indoor swimming pool, basketball court, ping pong, bowling alley, weight room and showers. For a very reasonable fee visitors are welcome to take advantage of this beautiful complex.
• Convenient paved parking with plenty of space for 4 standard size SUVs. No RV or trailer parking permitted.

• Gas grill – connected to the mainline so no worry about propane running out
• We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, ~10 Keurig pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, and bed linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive but not to last the entire trip.

Everything was wonderful!! Communication was wonderful the cabin was beautiful decorated for Christmas and plenty of room. The experience was awesome for a family Christmas. I highly recommend.

We had a great girls trip here. House was nice and clean. The bears visited us as soon as we arrived which we absolutely loved. Plenty of room for all of us, beds were comfortable and there is an absolute beautiful view off the deck. I would recommend shopping before you get there if you want coffee or tea in the morning. We thought there was going to be coffee pods when we arrived (at least enough for the first day, but unfortunately there wasn’t, which really isn’t a big deal. Just make sure you bring them with you. We had a great time here and I would definitely recommend this home and would go back again. We’ve already started planning our trip here for next year.

We had a great time! The view from the deck is fantastic (overlooking the mountains and Gatlinburg) and we enjoyed that a lot. They also had kids plates and cups and cutlery and a pack n play which was really helpful. The parking situation seemed to be one of the better ones on the mountain, and we could easily fit our two SUVs. Would recommend!
