Clean, bid kitchen, and lots of room in general. Down side is 4 of 5 beds were TERRIBLE. Very hard and uncomfortable. The king upstairs was good. I would encourage the owner to at least put a foam topper on them. I don’t typically complain and can sleep anywhere.

The property was clean and we lived the layout of the condo as we ranged in age from 1 to 83. The hot tub was warm but the jets weren’t working while we were there. Although comfortable and everything worked as expected it is in need of upgrading-cabinets especially. We would stay there again

We were totally thrilled with the location and the views that we had for the week that we were there. The roominess of the condominium was fantastic. And to have three bedrooms with its own bathroom is also a plus. You will not be wrong if you choose this place to stay.

Had a great stay after making it up the crazy roads, but found a better route the second day. It was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for all of spread out. Loved the views at all times of day. Definitely would recommend.

This was a spacious condo with 3 bathrooms. The pool was warm and not crowded. We saw a black bear on the road close to the condo. The screened in balconey was nice in the mornings and evenings when it was cooler out. Use the wifi because cell service is spotty up there. They gave us a bit of paper products but you might need to bring extra toilet paper, paper towel, and napkins. They provided 2 dishwasher and laundry pods. We had a fun stay!

My friends and family had a nice time in Tennessee. This condo was nice but I would agree with some of the reviews, the furniture does need some upgrades, as well as some fixing, otherwise the condo was clean. I had great communication with the owner which I greatly appreciated and he even send me restaurants and attraction listing. I also wish I did a little homework as I did not realize that this condo was located very high up the mountains which at night was very challenging to drive up to. It is very close to downtown and stores, I just wished it was lower to the town but that was my doing. The condo was comfortable and the views were absolutely beautiful, I can’t wait to go back.

We had plenty of room for five adult woman. We had everything we needed. But after our activities, we could watch a movie or regular tv. The living room tv wasn’t working. We contacted the manager.But he didn’t get it fixed by the time we checked out. He stated he will credit us for the trouble but never did! So needless to say our visit was ok. But upgrades are needed!

There were 5 of us in the condo. We are all over 60 years old. There was plenty of space and we had a great time. There are beautiful views from this house. The Host was very helpful and friendly. Only concerns: This home is NOT for anyone with physical disabilities- it’s up a flight of stairs and there is no elevator. Other concern for some…. This home really is in the mountains. There are a lot of twists and turns on a narrow road with no lights or guard rails. We did just fine during the day - I just suggest being home before dark. But you can’t beat the views!!!

There are 3 bedrooms, one of which was located upstairs with it’s own bathroom (which the teens/children enjoyed). The downstairs was great, spacious. Would book this place again for sure. The drive up was exciting, but probably wouldn’t try it during the winter months without 4 wheel drive.

This property was great! It suited our needs wonderfully! We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, plenty of space to enjoy time together and apart! I had 2 seniors with me but they managed the stairs slowly but safely. I was the sole driver for this 7 day trip and there are many ways to get up the mountain to this condo, however, one is better than the others but the drive was more than I would have liked but overall we had a great stay!! ** Keep in mind when pointing out things that need fixed, repaired or replaced…what would one find if they rented your house? ** 😁

Enjoyed staying at Roberto's place! Excellent location, easy to access, and really nice view. Had a slight issue with the sliding patio door, but not a deal breaker by any means. Overall a positive experience and would recommend this unit and would also stay here again. BONUS! We saw bears on the way out! First time I've seen them in the wild.

We spent our family vacation at the condo. There were 5 adults and 2 kids. The space was perfect! Every family unit had their own room and the common areas had plenty of space. The location made it easy to get to and from the national park each day for hiking and site seeing. I would stay there again in the future!

Great location

Cute condo but needs some updates and deep cleaning. When we arrived, I notified the owner that the fans had major amounts of dust on them and we wouldn't be able to use them until they were cleaned due to my daughter being highly allergic to dust. The owner got back to us relatively quick and told us no one would be able to come out till the following morning. We were still there the next day when the cleaning lady arrived, she was there a good 2 hours cleaning. The over head lights had a lot of dead bugs in them, smashed bugs on the wall, very dusty, and a hole from the cable box into the bedroom is stuffed with paper towels. It needs a deep cleaning desperately. We weren't in the condo too much so it wasn't that big of a deal to us. You need to bring your paper products, trash bags etc. The location is great, we even seen a couple of bears. The day before we left, we witnessed a bear going to different vehicles pulling on the doors to open them!
