Cameras in house. Mattress in the sliding door room was terrible, middle was sinking in. No coffee, and seasonings were out of date. There was 2 firewood logs which was nice. Secluded on the top of a sketchy mountain road. You could see a small section of downtown Gatlinburg from the screened in patio . Wasn't terrible, but 100 a night would be more reasonable.

This was our first time using VRBO and utilizing a property as an ABB. We were pleasantly surprised to see such a great place to stay without really knowing what we were purchasing. It had everything as listed. Now for some of the written comments and ratings from others: this condo is in the mountains. It has roads that wrap around and go up the mountains, some turns will take your breath away due to the scenery while other moments, it can be very scary to drive due to the road being very narrow. It was AWESOME! Drive slow and enjoy the way up and down the mountain as this did not ruin our stay or keep us from using this condo in the future. We rather enjoyed being away from everyone in hotels, felt very comfortable and no we did not need an ATV or jeep to get to our stay. We were located very close to Gatlinburg or could take a different road out of the mountain and be in Pigeon Forge within 10 to 15 minutes. We did have Pizza ordered and they delivered it very timely to the condo. Our last night there, we saw a mother bear and 2 cubs walking the roads. Quite a nice surprise :). My family was very happy with the accommodations and we had a great time in TN. We are thankful for the time with our family and we would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay, consider this property.

We had a great stay! My spouse along with our 3 children, daughter-in-law, and grandbaby went for an extended weekend over Springbreak. The condo was easy to find following the GPS. It was within close distance to the attractions that we planned to attend. If planning to hike trails in the National Forest it is just down the road from the visitor's center. Tracey was quick to respond to all messages. The place was very clean and comfy with lots of seating in the connected kitchen/living area.

The condo was perfect for the four of us. We found it spacious with just the right touch of decor. The views were absolutely gorgeous. The elevation is high (it's the mountains, after all), but the roads up were a little tight, winding, and shoulder-less. This did not take away from our trip or the condo itself. We had traveled The Road to Hana in Maui last year, so my husband drove it expertly. I wasn't too happy to brave that kind of road again, but we persevered. This is a wonderful place to stay for a family.

The room was very nice and clean. However, the WiFi would connect, but had no internet access. Which was a major problem for us. When we arrived the pool/hot-tub was green and shutdown. No one told us this in advance we found out when we went to go for a swim and saw the sign. The roads that lead up to the top of the mountain are treacherous and narrow. I would not recommend this place. The next time, I would look to book off of the mountain down closer to Gatlinburg.

Beautiful open plan condo with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice if t here were mirrors in the bedrooms so you can get ready more efficiently. The road up the mountain is a bit daunting but doable. Thank goodness it was summer. Thank you, it was a great trip!

The perfect spot for our family to reconnect and celebrate. The condo was clean and welcoming and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Being right next to the pool and hot tub was perfect. Contact with the owners was easy and they're very quick to reply. I have this spot saved to my favorites and will definitely be coming back!

WE LOVE THE LOCATION - CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN GATLINBURG - THE ONLY ISSUES WE HAD ARE THE ACTUAL OWNERS OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING AND THEIR MAINTENANCE! THIS WAS THE SECOND YEAR WE STAYED AND NO POOL OR HOT TUB WORKING PROPERLY. THE PEOPLE TAKING CARE OF THE CONDO UNIT WE STAYED IN ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE OVER ALL PROPERTY OWNER SO WE CANT BLAME THEM. BUT WHEN YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU EXPECT TO GET EVERYTHING YOU ARE PAYING FOR. THANK YOU

Very nice Condo above Ober Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay again. Our groups ages are, 56, 56, 76, 59 and we had no problem getting into the condo since it is ground level with the parking lot. Well maintained mountain roads leading up to the condo. We could actually see the ski slopes at Ober slightly down and to the left just before turning into the complex. Plenty of hot water for showers and we where able to keep the place warm and cozy.

I have about 30 stays in the Smokies. This is probably just the 2nd time I have given a 5 star review. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable. Modern, yet with a rustic-Smokies feel. When we had a problem with the TV not working (the cable co. had made an update, which knocked the TV off the network) the owner was there in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES to fix it! About the only limitation was that views were limited, mostly blocked by foliage. I would gladly stay here again

This was the perfect property for my family and I. The place is actually a lot cuter than the pictures show. The location of the condo is right next to the pool so that was nice. It rained quite a bit while we were there tho, so we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked. Check in was easy and the owner responded quickly if I had any questions. I only have a few things that could have been better. The TV in the living room was difficult to operate. Since it rained my youngest son played his Xbox and it took a while for us to get the TV to turn on. The beds are super high. I’m only 5’3 so I struggled. But they were very comfy. And the screened in porch could use some work. Some of the tiles are cracked and the screen is ripped in a place or two. Really minor things. When driving yo the condo definitely take your GPSs advice and take the bypass as it’s not as curvy. Overall it was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Long trip up the moutain that got less nerve-racking the more you drove up and down it, saw at least a bear a day in different areas but never at property thankfully! Close to everything without the hustle and bustle which was the most important thing for us. BEST VIEW EVER.

The roads reaching the property were not for the faint of heart but an enjoyable adventure none the less. We enjoyed our stay and the views were spot on. Traffic was a nightmare in and around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but that's a seasonal matter. We had a great time there and seeing bears was an extra perk.

Perfect location. Close to many activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Got to see a few small bears in the parking lot. My family loved the condo very clean plenty of room, we had 7 people. Close to the pool and hot tub which was nice to use in the evening

We had a group of 8, 2 families with 2 children each. The apartment is large and has 3 bedrooms. We put a queen air mattress in the master so we didn't have to worry about the pull-out couch. The floors were clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and the bathrooms were modern and roomy. The owner supplied plenty of extras to get us through our 4 night stay like trash bags and toilet paper and dish soap. There were towels and wash cloths and plenty of blankets. The pool is a few steps outside the door and the apartment was at ground level. The pool area was relaxing and the kids had a blast. We saw bear each evening at the trash can because folks didn't take the time to put their trash inside the locked bins. The drive up the mountain is steep but it's only about 5 or 6 minutes max. The apartment was located just on the edge of the city so getting around the parkway was so easy. Our only constructive criticism would be for a larger TV in the living space for such a large room. The bedrooms had tiny TVs as well but we didn't use them. We were so very, very pleased with this property. Highly recommend.
