More then Decent Family Vacation !!!

Good hotel for families with kids of course. Many good things. Check-In nice early, good parking under. Front desk nice, nice Pool, for kids especially,nice private beach with allocated Umbrellas etc Small Flats with nice Balconies, Hotel has all the Amenities needed. Location very very good, can have access to Restaurants, renting mini Scooters and Evening activities. Nothing wrong actually. Staff is very Profi, helpful, they speak Deutsch, English, they have nice Animators Team for good Entertainment for kids. Can Name here Theresa. A bit of the Cruise Line Ships System. We had a nice holiday, and my Daughter was pleased. Will return.

Perfect location, close to the beach. Tasteful meals, great pasta and seafood salads, enough choice for kids, also. Children enjoyed the pool. The apartment was large and comfortable, with everything we needed, everything was clean and well organised. Private parking in the yard. Close to the walking area of the resort, the ice cream is great in Italy!

Too much air conditioning indoor, even in the playroom and the restaurant, that seems a real problem, especially for little children. The filters were not cleaned properly, we found mold in the bedroom, right next to the air conditioning device. Also, we dind't find on Booking.com information regarding beverages at the restaurant, we booked an apartment with full board, but at lunch and dinner we had to pay extra even for a bottle of still water. That isn't the problem itself, but the fact that we didn't know about this rule when we chose the room.

Very good

Breakfast was very good, wide variety of tasty food (eggs, bread, sweet pastry, yoghurt, fruit, pancakes etc.) You can order hot drinks which are included in price. Some things you can grab yourself, some are given to you by staff. I am not sure if this is normal or if it was caused by covid regulations. I would prefer complete self-service. Our daughter (1,5 y.o.) loved the kids' pool and inside play area which is really large and full of toys. There is also outside playground which is suitable for older kids (I guess at least 4) so she didn't like it very much. At the beach there are small playgrounds with swings and slides which are suitable even for small toddlers so we went there instead.

The sleeping cot for the baby was available in the room but it was not in a good condition - it looked it was going to collapse if the baby moved. We brought our own cot because the baby is used to it so we used ours and didn't ask for another one. I recommend to bring a mat for your kids to play on the floor because the floor was very cold to sit on in the room. (But that's understandable since it was around 20 degrees, it is just recommendation.)

It was my wife’s birthday, they have made her day special with a cake and Prosecco on Breakfast. The rooms are nice and large , you can find everything inside . Kitchen , nice large balcony.

Wieder ein toller Familienurlaub

Auch beim dritten Mal hat es uns um Hotel Imperial sehr gut gefallen. 😊 Vor allem die tägliche Minidisco mit Frosch Mario war mit unserer dreijährigen Tochter ein Muss.

Viele Kleinigkeiten trübten Urlaubserlebnis

Qualität des Essens, Lage nahe des Strandes, Möglichkeit der Kinderbetreuung, Parkplatz ausreichend, Fahrradverleih, Babybecken mit Rutsche, Nachtportier ermöglicht Abreise in der Nacht

Personal freundlich und bemüht, aber wahrscheinlich überfordert (Teller wurden kein einziges Mal abserviert und mussten auf dem viel zu kleinen Tisch gestapelt werden, wurden morgens und abends sehr oft bei der Getränkebestellung vergessen, wurden kein einziges Mal gefragt ob wir nachbestellen möchten, Buffet dauert sehr lange durch das Anstehen (ca. 5-8min)); Essen wie Tomahawk oder Entrecote war immer kalt, da die Wärmelampen zu wenig Hitze erzeugen, Wifi im 4. Stock im Haus C zu schlecht für Babyphone, einige Spielzeuge im Spielzimmer kaputt (Kaufmannsladen nur auf 3 Füßen und wackelt - sehr gefährlich!), Fitnessstudio schlecht ausgestattet, sehr rutschige Fliesen um die Pools, Dauerbeschallung durch zu laute Musik am Pool

Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen, allerdings ohne dazugebuchtes Frühstück.

Die Freundlichkeit des Animationsteams und der Reinigungskräfte, dass wir schon weit vor der Check - in Zeit aufs Zimmer durften, die Lage - Nähe zum Strand und zu Restaurants, die vielen Liegen, der indoorspielbereich, die Größe des Zimmers, die Ausstattung der Küche, die Größe des Kühlschranks , die Sauberkeit am Strand , die Sauberkeit trotz des hohen Alters des Hotels , man merkt, dass es sehr gepflegt wird

Chaos beim Frühstück- häufig wurden wir nicht wahrgenommen und/oder unsere Getränke wurden vergessen, frühstücks-Personal wirkte teils überfordert und konzeptlos, die Pools waren etwas kalt, die liegereservierung einiger Mitgäste, Zimmer hellhörig, Dusche sehr klein

Für Familien super Hotel

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt am Strand und ein kurzer Weg zur Einkaufsmeile. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr groß und super für Kids. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht. Dieses war vielfältig und sehr gut. Das Kinderprogramm war toll. Die Animateure waren sehr nett und bemüht um die Kinder.

Das Frühstück an der Auswahl selbst war zwar sehr gut, aber es war bei den Tischen etwas unübersichtlich, weil das Personal teilweise überfordert war. Dadurch konnten viele Tische lang nicht abgeräumt werden (so war für später kommende Gäste kein sauberer Tisch mehr und man musste warten bis abgeräumt wurde) und Teller, Gläser, sowie andere Dinge wurden lange nicht nachbestückt. Noch eine kleine Empfehlung: Es wäre nicht schlecht die Schlafsofas in den Zimmern mal gelegentlich zu erneuern.

Wir kommen wieder !!!

Wir waren froh, dass wir einen Parkplatz im Hotel ohne zusätzliche Gebühren nutzen konnten. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und vor allem sehr lieb zu den Kindern, was in einem Kinderhotel natürlich super bei den Kleinen ankommt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Essen. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen, mit so viel Auswahl, und das Essen war geschmacklich immer hervorragend. Ein großes Lob an den Chefkoch, der hier für die Verköstigung im Hotel zuständig ist! Wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden und man merkt, dass hier jahrelange Erfahrung besteht und man genau weiß, was deutsche, österreichische und Schweizer Gäste in puncto Standard glücklich macht. Wir können dieses 4-Sterne-Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Wenn man Preis und Leistung betrachtet und einen guten Deal bekommt, sollte man sofort buchen, da man damit nichts falsch machen kann. Wir kommen wieder!

Leider kein Gym im Hotel Nur sehr wenig Fitness geräte in einem Raum wo sich auch die Animation teilweise aufhält und umzieht. Leider nur wenige Bollerwagen zum Verleih.

Familienurlaub, den man wiederholen kann

Die Lage der Anlage ist super! Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Am Strand steht ein fester Platz mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm für den kompletten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung, dort ist sogar ein Safe für Wertsachen vorhanden.

Der Poolbereich ist wenig übersichtlich, da das Kinderbecken beispielsweise mit Mauern eingezäunt ist. Abendessen in Buffetform ist zwar geschmacklich sehr gut, aber es gibt bei den Hauptgerichten kaum Auswahl. Auch zeigt sich wenig Abwechslung (es gab eigentlich jeden Tag Nudeln). Das Abendprogramm fiel häufig aus oder fand zu einer anderen Uhrzeit statt wie nachmittags kommuniziert wurde.

A személyzet nem volt a leg segítőkészebb, pedig sok helen ezt olvasni. Az étteremben a reggelinél sajnos nem volt kávé autómata. Így nehézséget jelentett minden reggel kérni kellett. Ezt hol sikerült érteni hol nem a pincéreknek. Volt hogy egyet kaptunk, volt hogy nem.

Posizione ottima, struttura molto bella con cura per i più piccoli, con una zona giochi enorme e staff del miniclub simpatico e attento. Colazione molto buona e varia, stanza pulita e arredata con tutto il necessario. Un ringraziamento speciale al personale della reception che con la gentilezza e professionalità ha reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Sicuramente torneremo
