We are very satisfied with both the hotel and the beach.

This is our second time in Bibione and we spent both out vacations in this hotel. We traveled a lot over Italy and this is literally the cleanest hotel we came across, and this is why we decided to stay again. The food is very good and the staff is very friendly.

The only thing that I would like is the rooms to be bigger. But since we stayed in room only to sleep, it is not that important.

Really good staff, exceptionally clean and perfect food. Cleaning staff and chef deserve all the kudos.

Superb

I like the fact that it has a space dedicated to children for them to be able to play. My daughter had really fun in it. Shops and restaurants were just behind the hotel. The beach is only few steps away. Food was excellent! Staff was very accommodating and pleasant to talk with.

Was uns nicht gefallen hat war dass das Hotel mit all inclusive buchbar ist, aber du an der Bar alles bezahlen musst und nur zur Essenszeit Softgetränke und Wein umsonst bekommst. Bier musst du zur Essenszeit auch bezahlen. Für mich ist das keine all inclusive sonder ne Vollpension.

Bardzo rodzinny ciepły klimat tego miejsca. Bardzo mili ludzie , którzy sprawiają że w hotelu można czuć się jak w domu.

Wystrój jest nieco starodawny, woda w basenie bardzo zimna - trudno się kąpać.

Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zum Strand und Flaniermeile.

Ein tolles Hotel das genau zwischen dem Strand und der Flaniermeile liegt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei.

Der Frühstückskaffee hat auf jedenfall verbesserungsbedarf. Dafür haben die Italiener einen zu guten Kaffeegeschmack das sie so einen Frühstückskaffee hergeben.

Nicht so grosse Auswahl beim Morgenessen. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungverhältnis stimmt für mich nicht.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir waren das erste Mal mit unserem Sohn auf Urlaub. Wir bekamen ein Gitterbett inkl Polster und Decken, eine Babybadewanne und fürs Frühstück einen Hochstuhl für ihn. Am Strand konnte man sich die Liegen selbst aussuchen, was auch sehr gut war. Auch hat uns gefallen, dass wir den Strand vom Anreisetag bis zum Abreisetag nutzen konnte. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Lifte könnten ein wenig größer sein, aber bautechnisch ist das leider nicht möglich. Für 2 Personen inkl Kinderwagen ist es doch relativ eng. Und es gibt außen keine Rampe - entweder man hebt den Kinderwagen hinauf, schiebt ihn die Treppen nach oben oder man muss über den Parkplatz. Allerdings war das auch kein Problem - das ist einfach meckern auf hohem Niveau...

Per bambini piccoli No!

Cibo molto buono e vario, simpaticissimi e gentilissimi i ragazzi aiuto cuoco, lo chef Francesco e il cameriere Giovanni, davvero disponibili e carini anche con la nostra bimba! Pulizia top, posizione centrale in pieno centro e a pochi mt dal mare.

In reception, a parte una ragazza bionda, quasi mai un sorriso e ad ogni domanda avevano la faccia che sembrava scocciata... Consiglio qualche sorriso in più... Anche al ragazzo maitre di sala... Nota negativa del ristorante è che quando finiva un vassoio di frutta o dolce, non veniva mai ripristinato... Eri costretto a prendere frutta e dolce con l'antipasto, altrimenti trovavi poco o nulla... Disorganizzazione/mancanza personale x ritiro e consegna teli mare: c'è il cartello con gli orari, ma non c'è stato mai nessuno in tutta la settimana, erano quelli in reception che dovevano smettere il loro lavoro e darceli... X bambini piccoli SCONSIGLIATISSIMO, x questo do un voto basso.. L'animazione era all'hotel Imperial (e non ce l'hanno detto al check in, quindi abbiamo perso 1 gg) e dovevamo spostarci ogni volta, la reception non sapeva mai spiegarci le attività, era sempre un "boh, forse, provi a chiedere la"... Sembrava il primo giorno che lavoravano li! L'abbiamo scoperto grazie ad un altra famiglia e 2 volte siamo andati là x attività che la nostra bimba non poteva fare... (la receptionist dell'Imperial mi ha detto "ma come non lo sapevano e non le hanno detto nulla?! Mi spiace, la prossima volta chiami direttamente me).. Poi piscina fredda poiché non riscaldata, la mattina acqua non faceva in tempo a scaldarsi con il sole e al pomeriggio era all'ombra! Con bimbi piccoli é inutilizzabile! Stanza giochi al piano sotterraneo, senza luce naturale, odore di muffa/chiuso... Peccato perché ben fornita... Infine piccolo disguido che può capitare: le donne delle pulizie hanno preso x sbaglio un asciugamano della mia bimba... Sono tornate in camera, dopo averlo trovato (buttato nel sacco dello sporco con tutti gli altri asciugamani delle altre persone) x ridarmelo... Da un 4 stelle mi aspetto che me lo riportino pulito, scusandosi. Invece l'ho dovuto chiedere io...

Struttura curata esternamente, ma vecchiotta internamente. L’arredamento della stanza ed il bagno erano molto “superati” nello stile. Deludente sotto questo aspetto per essere un 4 stelle.

Hotel war ok

Die hotel Lage war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber.

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen zu klein. Der Fahrstuhl war viel zu klein und immer besetzt man musste lange warten. Im Hotelzimmer Im Badezimmer kam aus dem Abfluss röhren immer schlechter Geruch. Es gab immer das gleiche Frühstück nichts wechselhaftes.

Sauberes Hotel mit sehr guter Bar und nettem Personal. Sehr gute Lage. Große Abstriche beim Essen!

Hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche Personal in allen Bereichen des Hotels sowie die Sauberkeit. Vor allem der Barkeeper verdient ein besonderes Lob. Preise sind grade noch angemessen für ein Vier-Sterne Hotel. Super Lage, nur wenige Meter zum Strand oder in die Einkaufssstrasse, trotzdem ruhig. Schöner sehr sauberer Pool. Eigener Strandbereich mit Liegstühlen und Sonnenschirm ist für Hotelgäste reserviert.

Nicht mehr zeitgemäss sind die Einzelzimmer. Zwar fehlt es an Nichts (Kühlschrank ist da, TV ist da), aber die Größe ist heuzutage unzureichend. Auch das es keinen Balkon gibt, sondern nur Fenster zum Hinterhof ist eher negativ anzumerken. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn man bei der Anreise uns gleich ein kostenpflichtiges UPGRADE angeboten hätte, denn wir waren in der Vorsaison da und das Hotel war maximal halb gebucht, Erst bei Abreise gab es auf meine Anmerkung die Antwort, dass wir gegen einen geringen Aufpreis Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung mit Balkon hätten bekommen können. Diese Option wird bei Booking aber nicht angeboten. Das angebotene Essen entspricht in keinerlei Hinsicht einem Vier Sterne Hotel. Leider bewahrheitet sind mal wieder, das man kein All-Inklusive-Hotel nehmen kann wenn man es nicht gebucht hat und will. Wir hatten das nicht gebucht sondern uns nur für die Halbpension entschieden. Das Essen ist gleich und entspricht - wie gesagt - nicht den Erwartungen. Positiv: Mineralwasser zum selber zapfen oder Sprudelgetränke kostenlos. 20 Euro pro Nase kostete das Halbpension Abendessen. Das war angemessen. Frühstück ok, alles da was man braucht aber eben jeden Tag gleich. Kaffee Cappucino am Frühstück ungeniessbar, sonst im Hotel aber sehr gut! O-Saft aus dem Automaten ist gefärbtes Zuckerwasser und ungeniessbar. Sehr freundliches Personal, ein hervorragender Saalchef, das tröstet etwas. Gleichwohl, ich war in vielen Häusern der Europa-Gruppe und das Essen war hier bisher am schlechtesten. Kleiner Wehrmutstropen: Man blickt von der Hotelterasse und den vorderen Zimmern direkt auf das seit 20 Jahren leer stehende und verfallende Hotel Cristallo. Aber dafür kann das Luna nichts. Hier sollte langsam mal die Gemeinde Bibione eine Lösung finden diesen "Lost Place" zu entfernen. In der Top-Fronte-Mare-Lage sollte was machbar sein. Der Ortsfriseur erzählte mir jedenfalls das wohl eine Lösung angestrebt wird.

Az étkezés kiváló volt. Visszatérő vendégek vagyunk, kifejezetten a sok tenger gyümölcse miatt. Köszönjük! Superior szobákban voltunk, így minden csoldálatos volt, főképpen a terasz és a panoráma.
