Nice and clean hotel near the beach with delicious food

Nice hotel with the heated swimming pool near to the beach. Sunbeds provided on the beach, they were assigned to our family for the whole stay so there was no ,self reservations’ of the sunbeds on the beach - nice idea. We got the family room with ten special space for kids that was really nicely decorated and our kids loved this place. Room was very clean. We had beach view in the room. Except Sundays, diners were organized a la carte - appetizer, main dish a a second dish. In addition, guests could also try vegetables, fruits and desserts provided in a buffet form. On Sunday the dinner was organized in a buffet form. Food was really tasty.

Cleaning service forgot about our room on one day, but after two reminders room was cleaned. Receptionist on the check in day could be more helpful and explain basic rules. We had to learn everything ( meals hours, spa location etc) by ourselves from the mobile app. Animation team could be more proactive so kids feel more welcome.

We had a good time

It was a huge positivum we recived cleaning service everyday. Clean towels every day, clean floor (brushed and mopped), folded bed sheets. Very nice staff. The family room was very cute, attractive. Breakfast great. Bar staff very kind and always smiling, reception staff very helpfull. Animators was also very nice and they spoke different languages. Good programs for the kids.

We were disappointed at the dinner. First, we didn't understand how its work. We needed to choose from a menu, one choice of a starter, needed to choose 1 out of 4 first dishes and 1 out of 4-second dishes. We were expecting a buffet and the staff at the dinner (also breakfast) didn't speak English and they could not explain how its works so I needed to go to the reception to ask. (Reception staff was very nice all the time) The food was nice and very creatively served however was very small portions and most nights we stayed hungry. Deserts were lots and delicious we could compensate with it. Every night the servants misunderstand something. Ect: we ordered iced tea and we received fizzy orange. We ordered still water we received sparkling water. We ordered starters for everyone but a few times they didn't bring it for the young kid and also the main dish. So basicly non of the dinner time was smooth

Location we very good. Very close to beach & town. Room was quite small. Breakfast was fine a part from having to use plastic cutlery. As an adult I don't think plastic cutlery is appropriate for adults to use.

Naprosto geniální

Naprosto geniální jídlo. Můžete si vybrat z několika jídel a dále je bohatý salátový a sladký bar. Pobyt s 1 a 5 let dětmi jsme si maximálně užili. Skvělý bazén,velice ochotný personál, centrum kousek, takže nebyl hluk, moře kousek. Naprostá spokojenost

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen található, választékos gyerek programokat kínál

Nagyon gyerek és családcentrikus szálloda. Egész nap az animátorok által szervezett programokkal szórakoztatják a gyerekeket. Esténként a mini disco nagyon szórakoztató. Megéri a félpanzió mellett dönteni, mert nagyon változatos és gazdag kínálatú.

Vynikajúce umiestnenie hotela k pláži ako aj k promenáde. Izba krásna, veľká, každý deň vyčistená. Profesionálny prvotriedny personál, ktorý vám splní všetky želania aj potreby. Jacuzzi, sauny, vyhrievaný bazén, detský bazén ale aj ihrisko, animátori, výborné raňajky, úžasné večere z ktorých si vyberie každý. Parkovanie v chládku pod hotelom. Odporúčam všetkým, hlavne pre rodiny s deťmi.

Booking Wir haben in diesem Hotel einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist herzlich, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Küche, besonders die Abendessen, ist ein absolutes Highlight – ein wahres Gourmet-Erlebnis! Geschmacklich und optisch auf höchstem Niveau, einfach top, sehr zu empfehlen. Jeden Abend ein Genuss! Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber, Betten werden regelmäßig frisch bezogen, Handtücher täglich gewechselt. Zum Meer sind es nur 3 Minuten. Besonders praktisch sind die Strandtücher und die eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand. Die Animation ist eher für kleine Kinder gedacht, für ältere Kinder und Erwachsene gibt es weniger Angebote.

Celkovo by mal hotel popracovať na čistote. Zamestnavajú ukrajinky a stoja všade za nič.

Poloha hotela, raňajky výborne, ale slabší výber na to, že je to 4-hviezdičkový hotel, večere výborne, priestranný balkón, klimatizácia

Aj napriek upozorneniam smrdel odpad potrubia, riešili to až na urgenciu posledný deň. Podlahy okrem kúpeľni špinavé, neumývané celý pobyt. WC vysoké. Celkovo čistota veľmi slabá. Každý deň boli vymenených uterákoch cudzie vlasy. Neudržiavaná čistota okolo bazénov. Poháre na izbe neboli a na raňajkách boli na studené nápoje plastové poháre s krasnou chlorovou vôňou.

Gutes Hotel, viele schöne Bereiche für Kinder

Service und Personal eher mau! Mussten leider zweimal die liegen am Strand räumen, weil die Mitarbeiter die Plätze zweimal vergaben. Am ersten Tag am Strand waren die Sonnenbetten, die wir vorab zugeteilt bekamen, besetzt. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption erhielt ich dann die Antwort, dass die Sonnenliegen für uns reserviert seien und die andere Familie ihre Sachen räumen sollten. Am Strand angekommen gingen wir also zu den reservierten Betten. Eine Stunde später kam die andere Familie und wir mussten wieder alles räumen. Die Rezeptionistin tat so als wüsste sie nichts von unserer Unterredung am Morgen und erklärte plötzlich, dass man nur mit Familienzimmer diese Sonnenbetten bekäme. Komplette Verarsche! Am Abreisetag war außerdem der zugewiesene Frühstückstisch besetzt. Alles in allem war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und wenig kooperativ!

Maga a hotel felszereltsége jó,fedett garázzsal rendelkezik, a tengerpart és a sétáló utca is közel van,bőséges reggeli, medence a gyerekeknek és felnőtteknek egyaránt rossz idő esetére. Bár az Animációt nem vettük igénybe,az egyedüli részleg,akik mindig mosolyogtak.

Megérkezéskor a recepción semmiféle információt nem kaptunk ,mi hol található a hotelben, nyitvatartási időkről, programokról. A szobát tengerre néző kilátással foglaltuk,ami részben volt az, a környező fák szinte az egész kilátást eltakarták. Első nap után észrevettük,hogy a zuhanyzóból jön fel a víz és a bűz,ha másik szobában engedik a vizet. Elsőre azt a választ kaptuk,hogy ez normális esős idő esetén.. érdekesnek tartom. Második reklamáció után kaptunk egy másik szobát, ami az utcára nézett, nulla kilátással. Az étteremben első reggel 10 percet vártunk a bejáratnál,hogy valaki megmutassa az asztalunkan. Utána inkább magunk kerestük meg. Szólni kellett, hogy 4 fővel vagyunk,az asztal 3 főre volt megterítve. Másnap reggel újra csak 3 főre volt az asztal előkészítve. Bár a reggeli bőséges,de ha valami kifogy, 1 órával a zárás előtt már nem töltenek utána.. Az asztalt először akkor rámolják le,ha már végeztél a reggelivel,addig ott gyűlnek a tányérak. A személyzet nagy része alig beszél németül . Kicsekkoláskor egy mosoly vagy jó utat csak várhatja az ember. Köszönjük, de mi ebbe a szállodába többet nem megyünk. Amennyibe került,sokkal professzionálisabb ellátást vártunk volna.

BENE MA MIGLIORABILE

Posizione PERFETTA a 2 passi dalla spiaggia e dal viale pedonale. Vasta scelta sia a colazione che a cena, con una buona varietà di dolci a buffet. Buona anche la pulizia delle camere e in generale di tutta la struttura. Ottimo il bagno finestrato. Bene anche il parcheggio gratuito al piano terra. Passeggini gratis messi a disposizione ( ovviamente a numero limitato ) Possibilità di usufruire di biciclette lasciando una cauzione minima.

Aria condizionata un po’ rumorosa in camera (non c’è la possibilità di regolare la potenza della ventola). Check-in un po’ “freddino” , non c’è stata una presentazione dei servizi offerti dalla struttura, l’avrei gradita, soprattutto da una struttura certificata come family hotel. Animazione per i bambini da rivedere. Se posso permettermi un consiglio costruttivo, metterei una persona a controllare l’area giochi, così da concedere ai genitori un attimo di relax in tranquillità, quantomeno all’ora dei pasti.

Disponibilità, professionalità ed attenzioni per il cliente lo rendono speciale. Camera molto spaziosa dotata di balcone e clima con bagno finestrato. Pulizia, accoglienza, comodità tutto perfetto. Parcheggio, piscina e servizio spiaggia ottimi. Il cibo superlativo!!!

Toller Familienurlaub wo keine Wünsche offen blieben :)

Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter!!!! Alle Mitarbeiter sprechen wahnsinnig gutes Deutsch. Auf Fragen sind alle immer bestens eingegangen. Wir haben ein Babyzustellbett ins Zimmer bekommen, obwohl wir beim buchen angegeben hatten, dass wir keines benötigen :) weiters wurde ein Schaukelpferd ins Zimmer gestellt! wahnsinnig zuvorkommend & top!! Das Zimmer & vorallem das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber! Meerblick wie bei der Buchung versprochen, geräumiger Balkon lädt zum entspannen ein! Frühstück sehr lecker und für jeden was dabei :)

Wir hatten Längere Wartezeiten beim Aufzug, da wir einen Kinderwagen dabei hatten, war es nicht möglich immer zufuß zu gehen.

Reinigung der Zimmer hat jeden Tag stattgefunden man hatte nicht die Möglichkeit ab zu sagen. Waren schon 8:30 Uhr zum säubern da.
