Tree Top 3 Decks No View

The couch was comfortable and that was it.

The hot tub was dirty. The pool table was damaged beyond playability. The listing said there was an Air Hockey table but there was no Air Hockey table. There was 4 different lights blown. The double showers would not drain. The beds are very stiff. We were charged a $100 replacement fee for a bed side lamp shade they said was torn. They did not provide pictures or proof of any damaged lamp shades after saying they would send a picture. The view shown in the listing from the top deck isn't real you can only see the mountains in the distance from one side of the top floor deck. There is no view from ether of the other two decks.

Loved the Views & Vibes

It was such a great stay. The mountain views were beautiful and gave the whole place a relaxing feel. The home itself is really spacious and comfortable, great for hanging out and enjoying some downtime. We had a great time just being there. Everything was smooth and easy, definitely a place worth coming back to.

Awesome stay, loved the views, the vibe, and all the little touches!

Amazing place with stunning mountain views! The BBQ on the balcony was a highlight, perfect spot to chill and enjoy the scenery. The house itself was super spacious, clean, and really comfortable. We also had a lot of fun with the pool table. Everything was great, would love to come back!

Great place to get away and really enjoy some quiet.

The views were amazing, it was quiet and a nice place to really get away. The hot tub was nice and clean as well.

The beds weren’t that comfortable, however I realize that it’s subjective. We’re in our 40s A or body hurry after sleeping.

Very Hectic

The host was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Been to Gatlinburg 20+ times. Also had me reset a breaker with no breaker blanks and could have got electrocuted. See pic.

I loved the view and the location. I ended up booking last minute because of an issue that happened at another place and I don’t regret it! The house was comforting and clean.

It’s a big house that’s expecting a lot of guests, some might want to cook and use the kitchen, maybe having come salt or pepper, dish soap, trash bags, would be convenient

The overall experience was good, and we would consider booking at this property again.

Layout and floorplan, quietness, parking space, drive-up front door access, responsiveness of host and staff, the method of checking in/out. NOTE: A previous guest may have added soap or bubble bath to the hot tub as it foamed over very heavily when running. After contacting the owner, two very courteous staff members quickly came to the property to drain, clean, re-fill, and balance the chemical. Our family appreciated the quick response. The hot tub was great!

Some things needing attention included a broken bathroom toilet paper holder in the lower-level bathroom, broken deckchair, upstairs bedroom chair pulling apart, damaged felt on pool table, wall bracket for storing pool cue sticks was broken, several damaged window blinds, scratches and flaw marks on interior walls, hornet nest on the left underside of the top deck, burned out ceiling lights here and there. We're not complaining about these things, just pointing them out as the staff seems to be aware and is working to make positive improvements.

Regardless of the small things our family had a great time

We loved the house. It would have been great to have had a hot tub and a fire pit. The game room down stairs maybe could be a movie room no one played the pool table and the pac man game didnt work.

The rules had all the instructions for a hot tub so we assumed that meant there was one at the property but there was not one. Also ,no remote to the LR TV it was a hassle to have to borrow one from another room. The LR was a very small area for a cabin for 10. The bedroom upstairs on the left had no soap, towels, conditioner. Luckily I had brought towels for the hot tub and had to go buy soap and conditioner.

Beds were really comfortable and loved the showers; all walk-ins with rain shower heads and hand-held shower wands
