About this house rental
Typical Tuscan house on the first hills of Versilia with a splendid sea view just a few minutes drive from Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta!
The property is located on a completely fenced-in terraced olive grove of 10,000 m2 with parking inside.
The house is composed on the ground floor of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is private and one with bathtub.
The first floor consists of a large room with sofas, dining table, a fireplace, TV, a bathroom and a large eat-in kitchen.
The room also leads to the large outdoor veranda with table for outdoor lunches and dinners. Under the veranda there are also sofas where you can relax.
The veranda is adjacent to the swimming pool measuring 7 meters by 3 meters and 1.2 meters deep. The swimming pool has salt water, solarium with sun loungers where you can spend relaxing moments immersed in nature surrounded by olive trees.
All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets or curtains.
To get to the house on the hill, you take an unpaved country road for approx. 700 meters inside a larger fenced park closed with an automatic gate.
In the park there is another villa owned by the Family with similar characteristics. The two villas (about 100 m apart) are available for rentals of several families who wish to spend their holidays together while maintaining their own privacy as the land is divided by a gate and perimeter wire mesh.
