Villa with Pool

Location: This beautiful and elegant villa is located just a few kilometres (approx. 6 km) from the beaches of Versilia, famous for their sand and clean sea. The house is located in the village of Capezzano Pianore, within walking distance of restaurants, bars and grocery shops. However, it is located in a very quiet street and therefore offers the possibility to relax in the (private) swimming pool or on the terrace, which is equipped for dining. The driveway with the gate is shared with the owner of the house who lives next door. There is space to park up to 3 cars.
Features: The house is well furnished with almost new furniture and the living space is approx. 200 m². A staircase leads to the floor where the swimming pool and the entrance are located. Here there is a large living room with a balcony and uninterrupted views. The large sofa gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the house. Then we find the kitchen with induction, equipped with dishwasher, freezer, oven, etc.. The table with chairs seats 6/7 people. Access to the terrace and pool. Bathroom with shower. On the upper floor we find another bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. Bedroom with double bed and cot. Bedroom with double bed and covered balcony. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 single beds and extra bed for children. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the holiday home.

To be paid on site: Deposit € 250. Electricity, gas, water € 15 per person per week. Bed linen and towels included. Final cleaning € 100.
