About this apartment rental
( POOL IS OPEN )Fully furnished, easy access, 1 bedroom studio space with enough beds for 4 people available in Etowah. One step to access with free WiFi, Cable, nice appliances, dishes, Keurig coffee maker and access to the in-ground pool and hot tub. A great get away with many places to see within driving distance. Lots of fishing, hiking, rafting, and sight seeing. Hiwassee River, Ocoee River, Cherohala Skyway all close by within 30 minutes.
The unit has full size appliances, granite countertops, two high def 55in TVs. We feature MyPillow products in our units from towels to sheets. There is also a mattress topper from MyPillow for the sleeper sofa.
There is one step to enter the unit. There is a private foyer to access and then a separate door to enter the unit.

The inground swimming pool is now CLOSED. This can vary based on weather. The hot tub is open 365 day a year. It is closed one day a month for cleaning. Message me if you are booking for the hot tub use and I will let you know which day it is closed for cleaning. Swimming pool hours are 10 AM to 11 PM daily. We also have a pellet smoker/grill for a small fee to cover the cost for the pellets for the grill.
Guest are responsible for washing dishes, silverware and glassware and taking out all garbage to dumpster before checking out. Please leave all appliances and electronics in the same condition as when you checked in. If dirty dishes pots and pans and stove are left dirty, there is an additional $75.00 cleaning fee. If electronics have to be re-programmed, re-hooked up or reconfigured back to standards for the next Guest, there will be a $75 .00 labor fee. Pets are welcome. If outside, they must be on a leash. If left in the apartment by themselves, they must be in a crate. Any pet damages will be an extra charge. We realize sometimes things happen, please keep us informed of any issues. The unit is a smoke free unit, if smoking is done in unit or building, there will be a $350.00 cleaning fee. SORRY FOR THIS, BUT WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF PEOPLE BREAKING THE RULES.RESERVATIONS: Number of people listed for the stay is important! More than Two adults per unit, there is a $16.00 PER PERSON, PER DAY During the stay. PLEASE DON’T SHOW UP WITH MORE THAN THE RESERVATION HAS LISTED, ONLY REGISTERED GUEST ARE THE ONES ALLOWED ON PROPERTY AND STAYING IN THE UNIT, without permission in advance, the Pool and Hot tub is for Registered Guests ONLY! RESERVATION WILL HAVE TO BE CORRECTED BEFORE THE STAY BEGINS.
NOTE: ALL DOGS HAVE TO BE CONFINED IN A CRATE WHEN LEFT IN RENTAL, LOCKING A DOG IN THE BATHROOM WILL CAUSE DAMAGE. $125.00 Damage Cleaning FEE for Sanitizing (Urine & Poop) PLUS ANY DAMAGE. We offer a dog crate (size 42in Long x 28 in wide X 30in high) with a mat (replacement fee for mat is $30.00) Rental is $10.00 per Visit(limit of 5 Days). Fees are invoiced and are due at check-out time.

Perfect place for my husband and I to stay while we attended a nearby wedding. Coffee and Tea was a plus, very cozy room with comfortable bed. Superb Hot tub was amazing to relax after long day and pool was refreshing.
Price was so affordable and worth every single penny. Highly recommend this to anyone. Will definitely be back! Thank you for such a wonderful stay! PS, my husband was not happy about my booking until we got there and then he gave me a compliment for finding such a wonderful place!

My wife and I stayed 8 nights at Lisa and Harry's getaway and the room and it was absolutely great. We would spent the days enjoying the Great Smokey Mountains and all that they have to offer from Pigeon Forge to Chattanooga. When we returned we would relax in the hot tube and then take a dip in the pool, afterwards we would set on the deck to enjoy a beautiful sunset. We look forward to returning so we can spend more time exploring Tennessee while staying at Lisa and Harry's cozy getway.Mark & Linda E.
