Kleine aber feine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit an einer ruhigen Straße mitten in St. Avertin. Parkplatz im geschlossenen Hof, Tor öffnet mit Fernbedienung. Alles da, was eine Ferienwohnung braucht. TV mit den wichtigsten französischen Kanälen, perfektes WLAN.

Der Empfang durch Maryse war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet und angesichts der hohen Temperaturen waren wir sehr froh über die Klimaanlagen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Terrasse lädt zur Entspannung ein.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad nabij de mooie stad Tours! Accommodatie was van alle gemakken voorzien waaronder twee badkamers en airco op beide verdiepingen! Daarnaast was de eigenaresse ook zeer gastvrij en makkelijk in de communicatie in het Engels.
