Amazing decor, one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in but difficult access to the slopes/town

Amazing decor, really cosy, great facilities and one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Great views especially when sat in the hot tub! Show shoes / hiking poles included. Really comfy bed and massive TV with Netflix etc.

Difficult to access Morzine and the slopes unless you have a car. The ski bus runs from outside the property but doesn't start until 10AM and only runs once an hour, you also have to change in Montriond so it takes a while and the bus timetable is hard to read. Equally, buses back to the property stop at around 5PM. Buses to Montriond centre run frequently and also later into the evening but the walk up to the property is steep and takes around 15-20 mins. Really good little convenience store in Montriond but again, unless you have a car its a 30 minute round trip on foot. We ended up using private taxis in the evening but really struggled to find any that were willing to pick us up when we needed them. Morzine only has two taxis in circulation from the taxi rank as they all want to do airport shuttles so this wasnt an option. Broken hot tub cover - bar nearly killed me when it swung down. Shower / bathroom needs refreshing.

well fitted out, loved the quirky ski themed touches, water feature garden with lovely planting and fab tree outside terrace. bonus was the very lovely cat who visited twice

It's a beautuful little apartment with a small well equipped kitchen. The bus stops in front of the house but it is only once an hour so you have tot time this well!

Comfortable, beautiful room with easy access to local attractions

Beautiful room in a beautiful location. Lots of attention to detail with the decoration. Large comfortable king sized bed. Attractive, quiet property with easy access to Montriond, Les Gets, etc. Free parking in front. Great communication with staff via Booking.com messenger. Very nice private terrace.

The room only lacks a chest of drawers or armoire to store clothes and suitcase. The room was so nicely decorated, and comfortable it was a shame to have to have to live out of my suitcase on the floor. (The table between the bed and front entrance could easily be replaced with one). Also, though functional, the bathroom doesn't match the quality of the rest of the room. The fixed shower head didn't work well, and the hand held one was awkward (This is the only reason I'm not giving the property a 10). The bluish hue of the light in the room, along with a light over the sink that didn't work were slightly annoying. The exterior hot tub was nice, but the struts on the cover lifter were broken, making it a bit awkward to manage - especially in the dark, but I managed. These were not dealbreakers and I'd happily stay again, and recommend it to others.

Excellent romantic retreat!

Loved the extra king size bed, the furnishing were in very good taste, the cooking storage facilities were adequate and functional, the nice balcony overlooking the mountain was cozy, loved the privacy of the room.

The lack of a hand washing sink in the separate toilet room; internet not working...assistance was offered but we did not mind too much as it was a very short visit. there are two nice large portrait paintings but their stare while you are in bed is not always relaxing.

Magic

Super nice attention, a cold bottle of champagne was waiting for us on arrival. Lovely decoration, very well equipped, kitchen/fridge/dishwasher, very private, confortable bed, amazing views, a very nice private terrasse.

Nothing except maybe the pillows ;) and the fact that it is a bit of a walk up from the car park, so not super easy to carry all our ski stuff to get there.

L'emplacement du lodge est un bon compromis entre les remontées mécaniques des Lindarets et le bourg de Morzine Il est situé dans un endroit calme et isolé comme nous aimons.

Le chauffage était un peu trop fort, nous n'arrivions pas à le baisser.
